Peaceful Cottage in the Applegate Wine Country

BradRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Patricia's guest house met my needs perfectly. If you're looking for fancy, luxurious, and/or vibrant nightlife - look elsewhere. If you want peace, quiet, well-thought-out, spotlessly clean, simple country comfort in the beautiful Applegate Valley... Patricia's is the place. And oh... I almost forgot... there's a lava lamp! It was the sanctuary I needed at a very difficult time in my life. I felt cared for and yet also had my privacy respected.

Peaceful Airstream with panoramic views

Moon LeafRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wonderful place to stay for a short vacation. Close to everything with beautiful views of the valley. The airstream was cozy and warmed up nicely in the cold weather. Had most everything we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend, especially if you are accustomed to staying in tiny spaces.

Farmhouse Studio: Willow-Witt Ranch

TriciaRating, 5 stars37 months ago
This place is an experience! Coyotes howling at night, farm animals out the window, beautiful fog and wonderful hosts. The drive is a little hairy and far out, but totally worth it. If you’re a light sleeper, be wary of farm dogs that bark all night. Didn’t bother us, but we woke up a few times. We will absolutely book again when coming to Ashland!

Paschal Winery - Dream 1 Cottage

AmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a lovely space to spend a night. The space was clean and comfortable, with basic kitchen supplies and great linens and towels. If we had been here in the summer we would have been out on the patio the whole time; it looked out over the vineyard & the town of Talent, and had a gas fireplace and hot tub. We had great communication with Valisatie and will try to get back in the future!

Peaceful Phoenix & Private Quarters

JoeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Stephanie's place was so clean and comfy. What we enjoyed most was that she did not use air fresheners or perfumed detergents. W have a hard time with a lot of Airbnb's because of their use of strong scents. Stephanie communicated kindly and promptly and even provided us with an extra heater during a cold snap. We hope to stay there again and again!

We went there to visit the crater lake. This place of stay was a bonus surprise for us. Walking down the hill in the morning felt like entering a chilly morning of Pride and Prejudice ;)

Lavender Hill

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We arrived very late. The house was much larger than it looked in the pictures. It was warm and inviting, and we sure appreciated the lavender lemon cookies she left for us. There were games and reading materials, even frisbees. We went to sleep with the sound of coyotes. In the morning we were able to see how gorgeous the property was. She was so nice to give us a late check out to allow us to walk the property and enjoy the lavender fields. I would definitely recommend Lavender Hill, and come again, much earlier next time to be able to enjoy the property!

TT's Place - sleeps 5

LeslieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The scenic view is spectacular! It was so peaceful as we sat on the porch and watched the deer and bunnies. We attended a wedding at The Pacific Garden of the Siskiyou which is just 15 minutes away. We left the wedding early just to catch the amazing sunset from the porch. Nice, relaxing time.

Cabin Serenity at Applegate Winery

JosephineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful cabin, nicely decorated, and so cute and cozy! The bed was very comfortable and so was the pullout sofa. I loved waking up to the view of the forest outside my window each morning. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing location. There are two porches to sit out on with your cup of coffee or glass of wine. We saw several deer and a bunch of turkeys. Staying right near the vineyards is such a treat. We really enjoyed the wine tasting - they make amazing wines! Hosts Eric and Amy are so sweet and truly love what they do. We are so happy we found this cabin and highly recommend it!

Large 4 bedroom house with pool in bamboo forest!

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a great time as a family and the pool, sauna and hot tub were great. The Hot tub is getting a little old but it worked like a charm. The property is amazing and has great charm and honestly is one I would come back to when we go back up to Oregon to visit family. It's actually better than the pictures, rooms are huge and the house is amazing. Kitchen was great and the master suite is ridiculously big and the house is well decorated and kitchen has what you need.

Sunnybrook Guest Cabin

MarciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This trip was very special. I had a small stroke this summer, just after turning 49. It was scary and now my chances of having the "big one" are way higher. My husband booked this trip so I could see and hug the redwoods. We toured around everywhere and chose Sunnybrook Ranch as our last peaceful night before heading back home. It was where we should have stayed for most of our trip! The river, the goats, cows, wild turkeys, and birds were amazing on the property. If we come out this way again, we'll be sure to stay here and we'll recommend it to our friends and family.

A Retreat From The City - The Little Farmhouse

FredRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our stay at Erin's farm was friendly and fun. The cottage is located in the middle of a real working farm. Fortunately for us the whole family and farm hands were setting up for their annual Harvest Festival. This was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The location is perfectly located for visiting Ashland, Medford, Jacksonville, and the surrounding area. It's hard to believe anyone could find a better value for the money. We will be definitely be booking our stay for next year.

Spacious, Country Home, close to town!

BrianRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We loved this stay! Connie was super communicative and flexible with our situation. The house is massive and has tons of space for all to sleep and be without bumping into one another. The bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is a really great space to make a family meal. We spent several nights on the deck/patio, just outside the spacious family room, watching the sunset and using the BBQ. It was really nice to get just outside of town and be in the peace and quiet with a tremendous view of all sides of the valley.

The Orchard House at Yale Creek Ranch

WilliamRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Stop at a grocery on the way in. It has all the equipment you need to cook along with plenty of spices and oils around the stove and pantry. Several areas indoor and outdoor to sit around with friends and family. As far as sleeping spaces, there were 8 of us and it didn't feel crowded.

Historic Farm estate Sleeps 16 Ashland Medford

NatalieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This was a great place for our family of six to stay for two nights. We were there to visit Ashland and the surrounding areas and this was a great central location to start our adventures every morning. The house was clean and very spacious with lots of interesting knick knacks to look at. The separate cottage was great to have, especially for teenagers who enjoyed later evenings. The grounds were peaceful and fun to walk around. We didn't use the fire pit because the trees seemed a bit too close for comfort, but thought it would be fun during a future visit. The host is very responsive and there are lots to choose from for restaurants and groceries for both visiting and getting delivered.
