What a view!! We have stayed at about 12 different homes around LKJ, this by far has the best views and easiest parking. Loriel and Adam are fantastic hosts…they were helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. The home was super clean and everything was well stocked from linens to everything you need in the kitchen. We plan on making this our new hangout for our yearly Christmas trip to LKJ. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was a beautiful house. Lots of room for everyone. My teens loved that they each had their own space. The location was stunning. Enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood everyday. The kitchen was fully stocked and make cooking at home easy. We recommend the house and would come again. Our host was extremely responsive too.

This was one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed at in the recent years. Kathleen was an excellent host and we had an excellent time! When the area was impacted by the recent hurricane, Kathleen did a great job informing us of the status of the house and area and how things were looking. The house was spotless and had lots of little touches to help make it special (like the cute little welcome gift bag and treats for the dogs). The area on the lake was beautiful and we spend some great time sitting out with the dogs in the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the view. Kathleen was very accommodating and supported us with a last-minute change of plans. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to our friends and will be looking forward to returning some day in the future!

This house is beautifully done! Kitchen was well stocked with lots of extras. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable and clean. Gorgeous views out of large windows and doors. Convenient location to Cashiers, Highlands and Brevard. Perfect for our girls weekend.

Frank’s cabin was exactly what our family needed after the busy holiday season. It’s set on top of a hill right outside of Maggie valley and provides magnificent views and a lovely place to gather. Frank was extremely responsive in anything and everything we needed and the house was immaculate. We had a bit of a stormy windy weekend and enjoyed playing cards at the large dining room table and pool downstairs. I can’t speak highly enough of how much this air bnb was curated to feel like home. We look forward to visiting again and again.

Beautiful, secluded location. Perfect ti get away from it all. Make sure you bring anything you need with you, the closest town is 25 min away. Great hiking nearby.

amazing place! I got sick the next day, but the view and peacefulness of the place was so healing and relaxing that I was ready to travel home in just a few days. hate I had to cut stay short but medically necessary. I will be back to Nathan's place one day so that I can truly enjoy and experience the area. if you love peace and solitude, this is the place for you!!!!!

Great location. Truly 5 min drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. Also a short 25 min drive to Cashiers or the Sapphire ski resort. House was stocked with everything you needed. Backyard looks out onto a few other backyards and 3 horses which were cute to watch in the mornings. The pond is very small, nothing you can fish or kayak in incase that was something you were interested in. Host communicate quickly and was very informative and helpful with things to do and even emailed the weekly events.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I went for a few days between holidays to just relax and their condo was perfect for it. The place was clean and well stocked with what I needed (kitchen basics, towels, etc). The screened in back porch was my favorite for drinking tea and reading. William and Melissa were also very quick to respond if I had any questions and were very friendly. They also had set up a guest pass for me to use at the resort but I didn't end up using it since I stayed in the whole time. Still, I appreciated that the option was there. There also was a helpful binder with suggestions of things around the area, whether food places or things to do. Overall I really enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

While I had a bit of trouble finding it, I was able to work it out with the help of the local supervisor, Cindy. Nicely appointed rooms, everything was at hand ....like an extra housecoat and slippers, if you forgot yours. Solid walking stick, which I did use! Fabulous view of the Toxaway Falls, along with the sound of the rushing waters. Internet and TV connections easy to use. Good Welcome Book with all the details on how to use the place. Good water for warm showers and laundry. Good air systems for temperature controls. Warm and friendly people helped us at every turn. Even though the area to the east has seen flood damage, we were able to go to the west and have great shopping in Highlands. I went west to view spectacular Dry Falls and wonderful vistas at Wayan Bald. Solid, comfortable place to stay.....I personally recommend it.

Owner was kind enough to swap our weekends when WCU Family Weekend had to be postponed due to the hurricane, and though I wasn't personally able to make the trip because my son came down with the flu, my WCU daughter and her roommate and friends enjoyed having a quiet weekend getaway from campus. She remarked that the house was even nicer than pictured, and highly recommended that I book again for future visits to WCU.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!
