Vacation rentals in Jacksboro

I took my family on a little Christmas vacation amd it was my first time to Start from Scratch and I unexpectedly turned in Clark Griswold. It was so much work but to see the smile on their faces and spending time with great people made it so so worth the effort. I’d say, to anyone who has would love to be in a peaceful quiet winter vacation, BOOK this Place NOW before I take all the good weekends!! Great Host, Great House, Possom Kingdom it’s there. Our stay at Robert’s place was very nice. It’s not too far from many of the activities we wanted to do in Fort Worth but it was also great to escape to a location with a beautiful view of the lake, a bit of space, and awesome view of the stars at night. My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend here.

Great place to stay in and great location! On the lake, with boat access, and an available camp fireplace. Karon gave us a late checkout as well! Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Beautiful lake house in a peaceful setting. Great spot to build a fire, grill dinner and watch football on the outside television. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Rocker B and it was a convenient 12 minute drive. Kayaks and canoe were a plus. Beds were very comfortable. All the kitchen amenities you could need. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend.

I have used ABNB and other STR for years, both for personal and business trips to many, many locations. I drove about 1200 miles to Brenda's place and as soon as I got there, and out of my car, I felt like I was at home, a with upgrades!!! EVERYTHING I could possibly ask for was available! Then there was the face to face personal interactions with Paul and Brenda..in short, we are like family now! The scenery was beautiful, house, quiet, clean,....I can talk a lot but am at a loss of words to describe the whole week!!! I will stay there again if I am anywhere near there! Best time ever and especially on a spiritual level!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this location while our house was being built, and it was the best decision! From the start, Juretta and her family made us feel at home, while also giving us the peace and quiet we were seeking. The property is a great way to get away from the city while being close enough to venture out and enjoy the town. As far as amenities, it had everything we needed and more, which was great because we were there for an extended stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip!

We really enjoyed this cabin. Very clean and comfortable. As boat owners who brought their own boat the private boat ramp was awesome…So convenient! Great host who communicated very well with quick responses and very good descriptions. We will be back!

It was incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches like a s'mores kit, board games, and items for kids and babies. The outdoor space was perfect for our kids to play, and the quiet location made for a relaxing stay. The host was communicative and provided clear instructions, making everything seamless.
