Absolutely beautiful house and surrounding area. We felt very safe and welcomed. When we stayed the outside temperate reached a high of 60 and it was raining and cloudy. The house was cold. There’s no heat and your feet get freezing. Bring slippers and sweatshirt

We stayed here for three nights with our young family (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 2 and 5). It was the perfect place for us. The pool has a great kiddie side and there was plenty to do in the area. We toured different beaches in the morning and swam in the pool in the afternoon before catching dinner in coco. Our favorite beach was Ocotal which was only a 20 min drive. Coco beach is very nice and only a 5 min walk away.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate and the communication was quick & responsive. 5 stars is for what it is, a totally lovely condo, on a hill & NOT a 4 minute walk to the beach. It is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We had rented a car. We got free parking first thing in the morning at both beaches, later in the day it was a challenge as we were there over the holidays. It is $4 for parking at the Brasilito beach. We enjoyed the views, the pools, birds and flowers. The condo kitchen is as described. I was able to cook meals & make our own smoothies. I don’t understand why Costa Rica has become so expensive. If the local workers make $600 a month, does all the money go into XPATS’s pockets? It is not just this place, but all over CR. Groceries & eating out is as much as in Washington State. Our Canadian dollar did not go far. The refund policy is a bit stiff with charging more to get a refund policy. We have much better refund policies in CA & the USA.

Sandy was very responsive and helpful to us. We had an amazing stay here. The place was really spacious and comfortable. I will definitely book again the next time I am here. The area is very close and has easy access to the main strip of restaurants and the beach.

Mari's place is clean, convenient, and an overall good stay. Mari was very kind and communicative. She coordinated a shuttle for me and met me at arrival. Her place is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It felt safe and I liked having a gym with weights in the compound to use. I would recommend it and stay here again!

Very nice view from the balcony, the beach is right next door and the pool in front of the accommodation. The restaurant on the beach is very good. Everything was pristine.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved the location! Easy to get to from Liberia airport, simple check-in, and perfectly cleaned for when we arrived. The unit is just like in the pictures with shared access to the pool with a few other units. All other visiting guests were kind and respectful of the shared outdoor space. Jeremy and Erin were always available to answer questions and give recommendations, which we loved! Great restaurants and the beach are all within a 5-minute walk. (Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided with our stay!) And we only needed to drive 10-15 minutes to check out other beaches and go snorkeling. We are already planning to go back and can't wait to stay here again!

Great place if you like the beach. You need a car to explore the area as most activities are about 30-60 mins drive. The Villa is super nice and you have everything that you need and more. Kitchen is fully equipped. This area is ideal for family with children. We really enjoyed our time in Costa Rica 🇨🇷
