Vacation rentals with a patio in Ivry-sur-Seine

This is a very well located quite modern apartment in Paris XVIe arrondissement. We loved how close it was to the Passy market, and to an excellent array of shops including La Grande Épicerie - an offshoot of one of the best food shops in Paris. The host was excellent and flexible. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. One caveat was that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children - the stairs are steep - and there is a very high (around 2 metre) drop from the top floor without any guardrails - we needed to be very vigilant with our 3yo and block it out with suitcases. Despite this our kids loved the large smart TV, the kitchen was well appointed and the dining area is perfect for family meals - and I can imagine that in the summer the balcony would be marvellous.

Had a great stay at Valérie's. Valérie was always responsive and understanding. A spacious flat located close to the center of Paris. Line 7 is very convenient to get around the city. Recommended!

Perfect location! Perfect host! Nathalie's apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and a good size for one or two people. Nathalie made the check in and check out process very easy and was 100% responsive if we had a question. She was, indeed, the perfect host, and we can't thank her enough for listing her apartment on Airbnb. The apartment, located in Châtenay-Malabry, is literally across the street from the ville of Sceaux which has good shopping and restaurants and a beautiful chateau and parc that is open to the public. The apartment is also a very short walk to the RER Line B which puts you in the center of Paris in just over 20 minutes. In short, the apartment ticks all boxes for either a short or longer visit.

Great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. It’s right next to two metros and a grocery store which makes it super convenient. Has all the amenities you’ll need and the hosts were very helpful.

Excellent location, especially if you are attending something at La Defense Arena. Easy walk to the arena!! Neighborhood is great as well. Quick walk to a supermarket through a nice park area. 10-minute walk or so to the RER or Metro. The apartment is beautiful, great terrace to sit on. It's not a view of the Eiffel Tower or anything, but it's perfectly fine, it's fairly quiet and peaceful. It was a little difficult to find, but I think that's just because addresses in France are not always logical to people from the US. The building has a logo on the outside in red that says Adagio. Now the building itself had some issues - the elevators kept being out of service. But since this is on the 8th floor and I had luggage, I just waited for the elevator, and the staff who work at the front desk and in maintenance and such would get them running again within maybe 10 minutes. Christian was awesome, thank you!!!!!

In one word, it was great

Sam is a super hostess, everything was explained accurately and the cottage was super neat and clean, easy to get in with a private parking and very quiet neighborhood. Bus and metro within walking distance, definitely recommended to visit Paris. It is a cottage for all seasons.

Solveig is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The listing is located in a cul-de-sac , it is secured with a gated garage. It's very functional and very clean. The place is very quiet. We had a great time.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

The apartment is clean, and spacious. Shower is large. T he location is central, with the Madeline train station steps away with 3 train lines. The location makes everything super accessible walking also. Kuzumi was an amazing and super responsive host who truly understands the art of hospitality. Overall, highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, clean and perfectly in line with the listing photos. The hosts are warm and the interaction with them was seamless and responsive. The apartment, located on the ground floor of their house, is completely independent, offering comfort and privacy. An experience that I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.
