The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. Very good stay of 4 nights with 4 couples for a wedding in the area. The house is spacious and very nice, exactly as the photos. We did not enjoy the outdoors but it is very beautiful. Very quiet area and space to park several cars in the driveway with gate. Very well equipped accommodation. The master bedroom is superb and the other 3 bedrooms are very good. Only point to note one of the bedrooms is a very firm futon mattress. William is very responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. We recommend this listing 👍😉

Everything is perfect in Paulo's house. We where enjoying everything. It's rare to fall into such clean places. Very nice place, very well decorated, very good mattress. Really everything is perfect. In addition, we have parking space. The bakery is close by for breakfast. The place is very close to the RER station ( convenient to visit Paris) but is ultra quiet. A real slice of heaven. Ultra easy communication with Paulo. It's been a long time since we rented air B&Bs but it's by far one of the best. Thanks Paulo! We hope to be back someday!

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Claire’s apartment was so spacious, which was important to us. We were traveling with our adult daughter and wanted space to relax after long days of sightseeing. I loved the balcony and the Christmas tree was a gorgeous touch. The street was so quaint with many bakeries, markets, and stores to shop in. I would definitely want to stay here again

it is a great place to be. I couldn't use the beautiful terrasse as it was to cold and windy. I will need to come back in the spring sometime. Charlotte is super friendly and explained everything exactly. so one is never lost.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

We stayed as a family with 8 people in the apartment, for a weekend. The place was just as described in the pictures, clean, chic and sufficiently equipped. It was a very easy communication with Alain Ronald. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on the next trip to Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at Agata's place. It was very clean, and we appreciated the convenience of having a parking space. Agata was always reachable and provided us with clear instructions about our stay. If you are considering booking this flat, be mindful that there is only one bathroom/toilette and is accessible via the bedroom. It might be inconvenient in some situations.

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were here for Christmas and enjoyed having Christmas Eve dinner at the apartment. It was well set up for food preparation and the area has the most wonderful stores for buying the most delicious food! We loved the area, we felt very local and it was close to many train stations so easy to get anywhere in Paris quickly but you only need to leave the area to see the big touristy sights because the area is perfect for drinking/dining & shopping. The apartment was so spacious for a Paris apartment, it was the best we have ever stayed in and would stay there again in future. Alain and Eric were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great apartment very close to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

We had a nice stay, a benevolent welcome, a soothing environment, relaxation areas designed for young and old, very endearing pets, and a really nice and accommodating owner. Really I would recommendit!!

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Very good stay at Franck's. Franck is very responsive and friendly: perfect welcome (even the coffee was ready when we arrived). The apartment is very clean, nice with its small terrace and very quiet. It perfectly matches the description and photos. The accommodation is very well located, close to public transport (bus, metro) and very close to shops. I would highly recommend it

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!
