Nice and central place in Melbourne CBD.

Very well-appointed, spacious, comfortable apartment suitable for couple (2-3 adults) or family. As only 1 bathroom, some may find this an issue with more occupants. Neighbours are friendly, many having pets so travelling with ours put us at ease. Suitable if travelling with a small dog and you would need to take it off the property for ablutions; also it's two story. Beautiful location within easy walking to good restaurants (many pet-friendly (outdoor)), parks, bay-beach (dog friendly). Similarly easy to travel by car as well as tram connections. No issues with unrestricted on-street parking - this was November; Grand Prix season (March) could be any issue. A very pleasant stay with a home-away-from-home feel.

Helen’s place is light, spacious and private with a comfortable bed. It’s located close to several public transport options and walking distance to cafes and bars. Helen was helpful with suggestions for transport links for the airport. There is an express airport bus stop within walking distance of her place. Thanks Helen, we would stay again.

Comfortable stay in the apartment and location was good. Walkable distance to Crown and supermarkets, restaurants etc. We were a little disappointed that the canisters of coffee and sugar in the photos were replaced by 2 small sachets of coffee, sugar and 2 teabags for our 2 night booking. Also only 1 towel each making use of the pool limited. Most AirBnB hosts are beyond generous but this stay felt a little too corporate. We had trouble using the remote for garage doors but luckily someone exited, and the dishwasher wouldn’t power on but hosts said to leave dishes for the cleaners so not too much of an issue. Bed was comfy enough and the view was terrific. Thanks.

Ali was wonderful to communicate with, was quick to respond to any inquiries, Ali was super informative and very friendly. Ali’s home was beautiful and was styled gorgeously. The home was almost on Church street which was amazing for food and had a great vibe. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 1 infant, the 2.5 bathrooms came in very handy with our large group and the home was spacious. Thank you so much for having us Ali.

I honestly would stay here again me and my group of friends loved staying here we felt right at home beautiful views and amazing comfortable beds and couch for movie nights and it was walking distance from the restaurant we had dinner at and everything was just amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and definitely will be back.

Had a lovely stay in Aime's apartment. It's in a perfect beach side location and still close to the city. I can highly recommend to any future visitors
