Great home! It is located close to the city of Argostoli and has amazing views to the harbor. We had a lovely time at Anesis and would definitely recommend staying here. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The house was in great condition with new furniture and very clean. The provided amenities such as the washing machine and fully equiped kitched made our stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with a few bottles of water, juice and even a nice bottle of wine. There were also cookies and biscuits along with jam left for us! Marinos and Maria were super helpful and gave us some recommendations on the beaches to visit as well as some restaurants in the area.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

Our hospitality was wonderful! I have no words for amenities and cleanliness! It had all the amenities and more! The host was very kind and welcoming! Our communication was impeccable! The apartment was spotless, amazingly clean I would say! They provided us with everything from coffee to desquillage wipes! I've stayed in many Airbnbs inside Greece and outside and for the first time I was positively surprised! I highly recommend it, I would definitely visit it again!

Flat is very comfortable, clean and with beautiful view to countryside. You see village and sea bellow. Everything was perfect. We alson find food in fridge, thank you so much.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: great view, great shower, comfy beds and an excellent location for buses, bars and eats, whilst being quiet and peaceful. A HUGE plus was Logos pool bar being a very short walk away; like having your own pool! No charge to use ( apart from buying a drink) and no loud music or crowds- a total gem! plus a change of towels and sheets every few days was really appreciated

We were able to sleep and wake up overlooking the bay. A very nice place !!

Roberto's apartment is very quiet with a wonderful view of the bay of Kalamos! The floor plan of the apartment is well thought out. We were very comfortable there and in the area. Mytikas is an enchanting, quiet place with few tourists. You can climb there, hike and swim and snorkel wonderfully in the crystal clear waters. We enjoyed our stay there and extended it twice. In case of problems, Roberto and Evi were always available to us with a lot of commitment. Both speak very good english!

We booked this for my son who spent six weeks there whilst he waa diving.. The studio was perfect for his needs and the hosts were very helpful. It was regularly cleaned and had air conditioning along with basic cooking facilities. It was also in a quiet location but just a few minutes walk to the main street of Skala.

We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend the place more. It is right in the centre of town and walking distance to restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Parking is super easy to find near by as well. The beds a comfortable and there is aircon in the bedrooms which was such a treat in summer. Cannot wait to stay again.

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

I just spent two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful apartment in Kefalonia and I can only leave a super positive review! The location is simply perfect within walking distance of the sea. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight on the cake was the Host's hospitality. She was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the start. She provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and made sure we never missed anything. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Greek sea, this apartment is the perfect choice! I recommend it without any hesitation and hope to be back soon.

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

The accommodation was stunning! Brand new, very comfy and modern. We had a really good time and the pool is really amazing. I highly recommend the villa, it's the perfect choice for a family with kids and the host welcomed us with watermelon, Greek wine&honey. The communication with miss Spyridoula was flawless, therefore this villa is the perfect choice for a perfect holiday in the beautiful Lefkada!

I have stayed in many houses and met many hosts. But I can confidently say that Petros and Maria are best hosts I have ever met! Continuously trying to help their guests, all requests and questions are responded with a big smile, understanding, empathy and compassion. The moment we stepped inside the house they made us feel like we are part of their family. The house is based inside an olive tree farm and the land is shared with 3 more houses. There are lovely animals around, dogs and cats… We just loved it! Every time you come home you’ll have Malou (the cutest dog I’ve ever seen) cheering your arrival! The internet in the island is a bit slow but there is nothing that can be done. Petros even brought another router to help us! It is related with the island. I miss the farm already!

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

If I could give 6 Stars it would still be too little. We loved the house and felt very comfortable. The host was amazing, the house was amazing and the town was great. The house looks better and more spacious than in the pictures. Everything was working perfectly, I highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

We can recommend the place around!:) The apartment is quietly located, at the same time you can walk to the busier streets. The spacious terrace is just beautiful in the evening sun! Ilias is fast and proactive in communication, also his mother is there at any time when you need help. Since we only arrived at night, the flexible and uncomplicated check-in was also a big plus for us!:) We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! Thanks for the comfortable stay! 😊
