Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ithaki

Cozy place right in the heart of Lefkada town. I was worried that it's not quiet enough, but it was perfect. My wife used the little yard to smoke. It barely gets any traffic even though supposedly it's shared with the bookstore. We were lucky to meet Andreas and he gave us lots of useful information about restaurants, tours, beaches, etc. (that he had in the guest book anyway). We will definitely return.

where do i start. This villa is beautiful and i wouldn’t change anything. My husband, myself and our 4 teenage children stayed and it was perfect. A 5 minute drive from the airport. The villa was very modern yet homely. The pool is amazing, a great size, not heated so a little cold to get in, we found later in the evening was the warmest time for a swim. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived (she was lovely, big smile and very welcoming). There was a lovely fruit bowl and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. This was one of our best holidays and Kefalonia is a beautiful island, we can’t wait to return

I just spent two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful apartment in Kefalonia and I can only leave a super positive review! The location is simply perfect within walking distance of the sea. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight on the cake was the Host's hospitality. She was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the start. She provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and made sure we never missed anything. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Greek sea, this apartment is the perfect choice! I recommend it without any hesitation and hope to be back soon.

A fantastic 2 week stay in this lovely home. Very spacious, quiet, lovely surroundings, a kitchen with everything you need, great bathroom, comfy rooms, airy sitting room, excellent aircon, lovable cats! We loved Skala, with it's friendly and welcoming people, great restaurants/bars at fair prices, fantastic beach within a few minutes walk. Felt very chilled out here, Panos was a great host and we would love to return here without hesitation! Nothing to fault, recommend 100%!

The place, the location, and the house are just great. The decor leaves nothing to be desired. The small beach nearby is a natural beach with the associated seagrass residues. But otherwise absolutely clean and quiet. Kostas did not allow himself to greet us personally. Upon our arrival, the fridge was stocked for our next breakfast, a bottle of wine from our own production at the table. Sincere thanks for the hospitality! We enjoyed the stay in Kaminia blue very much.

A great location and studio, barely 5 minute walk into the port and all the amenities. Dimitris was an excellent host, we attended a local concert together one evening which was great fun and his restaurant recommendations were perfect.

Our hospitality was wonderful! I have no words for amenities and cleanliness! It had all the amenities and more! The host was very kind and welcoming! Our communication was impeccable! The apartment was spotless, amazingly clean I would say! They provided us with everything from coffee to desquillage wipes! I've stayed in many Airbnbs inside Greece and outside and for the first time I was positively surprised! I highly recommend it, I would definitely visit it again!

The place was great the hostess was very attentive. The place was equipped with all you need coffee machine kettle a and so on. great location , close to the old bridge ,beautiful view from the porch. about 200 m from the place to the north there is a fine place that serve breakfast and dinner

This please is very well located. If you like quiet and crowd-less place then you would certainly enjoy. The beaches infront are very nice with clear water. The gem of this place is Makis’ mom who helped us greatly in the place.

Maria's Studios was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious veranda was perfect for eating, reading or just staring at the stars. The location was ideal for exploring the island. The nearby village offered a peaceful and authentic Greek experience with a small mini market and an exceptional restaurant. The beach at the bottom of the hill is also lovely with crystal clear waters and lots of snorkelling. Katerina and her daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, they treated us like part of their family. They also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. We highly recommend Maria's Studios to families looking for a charming and affordable accommodation in Kefalonia. The combination of comfortable amenities, a convenient location, and friendly hosts made it an unforgettable experience.

We had an incredible week staying at Roberto's place. Roberto and his family greeted us on arrival and were very friendly and easy going, helping us get settled and offering local recommendations. The apartment is very clean, and has a nice layout. Of course, the view is more spectacular than the pictures, we spent many hours on the balcony absorbing the surroundings. The water access on the property is a little difficult for swimming, given the angle of the ground at the waters edge, however, the closest part of the main beach is only a 5-10minute walk away. The nearby town of Mytikas was very nice, and has plenty of restaurants to try, and some places to hire boats. We highly recommend Roberto's place!

Tremendous stay in this simple apartment with an amazing view over the sea & sunset. My girlfriend and I loved Drimonas and its quiet surroundings. The room has everything you need and Dimitris is a fantastic host, who not only is very reactive but goes out of his way for his guests to enjoy the stay. In short, would absolutely recommend. Minor issues to be aware: bed is not super comfortable and if the house gets hot in the summer both the fan and the AC are noisy. Also a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pretty much every night. In short, we were hoping to get better sleep in this amazing place, but nevertheless I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Lovely apartment with excellent views . Marina's place was well appointed and everything worked very well. Marina was happy to accommodate our request for beach towels, extra set of keys and a late check out. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of local amenities. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

Dimitri is a very friendly and great host. I hope to stay here again the location is great and short walk into argostoli centre. Perfect little getaway.
