Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ithaca Falls

I traveled with 2 of my teenagers and this space worked out great for the 3 of us. The cleanliness was immaculate, as if no one had ever stayed there. The house and decor was updated. The location was great to be close to SUNY cortland. The host was very accommodating. I loved the peacefulness of the sunroom. The neighborhood was very quiet. I’m very happy I found this place for us, we definitely would love to come back

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

If you like lake life, this is a great spot for you. We are cooks and the kitchen was everything we needed it to be. With each bedroom full having two common areas was nice. The view made us feel at home. Looking forward to future visits if the stars align.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Perfect for our holiday gathering with family. Originally booked a hotel that cancelled because they had to close down. Worked out in our favored. We all stayed in same place, had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and safe to walk the dog around the block. Wa and cozy!

The barbecue grill was a great addition - we made good use of it for outdoor dining while taking in the scenery. We have stayed here two times now and it was so beautifully decorated for the holidays! Its very comfortable and has enough space to sit back and relax before going out for our scheduled events.

Rodica is a wonderful, friendly, responsive host. The place was even bigger than I expected! Very quiet with a beautiful view! You can tell the carpet is older, but otherwise she keeps it absolutely pristine! So happy we found her place!

We visited Ithaca for my daughter's Cornell Family Weekend. Had great time during our stay. The apartment is super clean and comfortable - the nice details everywhere makes it feel just like home. Mary is very friendly and responsive - the best host one can ask for. We will certainly come back again.

We spent a long weekend in Shelley’s loft apartment and it was just perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean, cozy and had the everything we needed. It felt like Shelley thought of everything from cozy slippers and robes, tissues and makeup towels in the bathroom to reading glasses on the coffee table. We immediately felt right at home! The location is so convenient for walking downtown or along the water.

Beth saved the day when she let us book at the 11th hour after a different Airbnb did not work out. We are from the area but wanted to get away to Geneva for dinner. We drove to Geneva without a place to stay but had placed a request to book. Beth was very responsive and made it so incredibly easy to "check-in" and move on with our evening. Walking into the apartment I immediately knew it would be a great stay. There were cool books available to peruse, a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous high ceiling and pretty aesthetics throughout. Bed and pillows were very comfortable - no weird laundry detergent smells or any of that, common to Airbnbs. The apartment was so warm and cozy and set up for a very relaxing stay. The place is super close to all of the bars, cafes, and restaurants. The horseshoe shaped drive allowed easy access to the front door and parking for your (one) car in the back. I would definitely stay at Beth's apartment again the next time we visit Geneva. Thank you Beth!

We've stayed in the finger lakes many times, and this house remains the most modern and comfortable. The rooms are large and the shared spaces are large for entertaining. We were able to hit both sides of Seneca Lake due to the house's great location. I would stay at the house every time I come to the finger lakes as long as I have enough people to split the cost. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean airbnb. I was very pleased with my experience here. It was VERY clean and spacious. It allowed me to feel like I could unwind and feel comfortable. The bed was roomy and firm and quite comfortable as well. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at this location!

Our family had a wonderful winter stay at the hilltop! It snowed while we were visiting and felt so cozy and right at home with the wood burning fireplace, pellet stove, and even plenty of hills for sledding and room for the dog to run. Each morning we woke up to the most beautiful view. The home was clearly a very special house for a family and we are so lucky to have had the chance to stay and spend time together. The local town of Tully was great, too. Local people, families and pride in their schools and sports team. We plan to visit again!
