It was definitely worth it! The view of the river was amazing and it was easy to find. The host was amazing and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful way to end the summer with our family. Wonderful private yard with little beach area for our kids to swim. Lots of little fish to catch off the dock to keep the kids entertained and some pretty decent fishing for the adults. Saw the Northern Lights our first night and then woke up to bald eagles flying around. It was great!

My family and I had such an incredible stay at Jennifer’s lake house. It was the perfect combination of spacious, cozy, and private for us to spend our Christmas week there. The location and wintry weather had us feeling like we were in a snow globe. The house was even decorated for the season, and had more than enough room for the group we had. Makes me excited for the summer months, as I would absolutely book here again!

Jen was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. I stayed here with some friends for a wedding just north of the house. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and view!

We loved the home that Tom so graciously shares with Air BNB. The stocked kitchen was above our expectations. Our group goes yearly to up-north places but finding somewhere that houses 10 is getting to be a rare find, we hit the jackpot with Tom’s home. Lots to do within the home that is extremely comfortable and spacious. Lots to do in the surrounding cities from tours to drinks to eating out. We appreciate your responsiveness and kindness Tom and thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!!

Cabin was cozy, had an amazing view of the lake. Housed 2 families with toddler through teenagers no problem for a 4 day weekend.

Everything was even better than described. From beaching our boats to great fishing close by. Great Communication 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

The Nordic Nest was perfect for a getaway with friends. We all agree we want a home just like this! The weather when we stayed was incredibly chilly (like -28), but we were able to stay warm inside cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, snuggling under blankets watching movies and playing games. We felt right at home! I look forward to staying again.

The place was immaculate when we arrived, checkin was a breeze and it was a nice, peaceful reprieve after moving my mom into assisted living.

The Deer Lake Apt was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed taking our boat out on the lake. The host was very accommodating and friendly. So nice to find dog friendly places to stay. Our dogs were very happy and content there.

Very pleased with my stay. Very clean, organized and easy instructions on how to check in and out. Would recommend staying here. I did not have any problems with outside noise and it’s near multiple places to go out and explore to. Recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again.

Very clean & quiet place, right on Pokegama Lake! We had everything we needed and loved the separate little cottage down by the beach. We live in a city, so being in a place with only natural noise and such a dark and star-filled sky was a real treat. The yard is beautiful and green and the whole place is only a few miles from town, and very close to bike and hiking trails, as well as a quarry to swim in. We highly recommend Deb's lakeside retreat and look forward to returning on future trips to Grand Rapids.
