This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Charles' apartment is an amazing space...it looks just like the pictures. Host communication was very thorough with a speedy response time. The building is very cool and packed with amenities; we especially enjoyed the gallery. The bed is comfy and the view from the deck/hot tub cannot be beat. The apartment is fully functional, with a great kitchen, and would work out well for an extended stay. Unfortunately we only had a few days to enjoy the place. The neighborhood is fantastic and walkable. We really enjoyed the host recommendations of Don Diablo, and Betty's Bowls. We also had a great meal at ONI Nikkei in the building was also great. Medellin is definitely a place we want to return to and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect loft in the heart of Poblado. The steam room double rain shower is true luxury. Steps to the finest restaurants in Medellin. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment is nicely decorated. Kitchen equipment has to be rented at the reception, but you are not particularly well equipped to cook, but it is fine. Next to the apartment is a technical room that rushes 24/7, which is unfortunately also heard relatively loud in the apartment. Since there was no further booking right after us, we were fortunately allowed to check out a little later.

We absolutely loved staying in this adorable studio for a full week. It’s in such a fantastic, walkable location near so many cafes and restaurants, a good grocery store, and public transportation. The apartment is cosy in a quiet building with a comfortable sofa, great internet, a nice kitchen and bathroom, and a good washer dryer in the unit that works well! The balcony has a great view. Diana was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place, and hope to return!

My stay in this apartment was wonderful. I get used to being there very quickly. Mr. Luis's treatment was wonderful. The porter staff is very kind and attentive. I will miss my stay in Medellin and the park that is in front of the building. ( I was doing exercises every morning) 100% I recommend Mr. Luis as a host, I will always be grateful for your attention and kindness. If you are going to Medellin it is the best place to stay.

I stayed for a month at Maria's place. It's a very nice place surrounded by many trees, located in a quiet area if you don't want a lot of noise around, it also has its blackout curtains. Maria is very helpful when I wrote her, she responded quickly. The only improvement area I would propose is at least put a microwave, a more equipped kitchen for long stays and a hair dryer. Everything else is perfect !

A very nice place in a building that (as of Jan 2025) is not quite finished--there were still workmen finishing the top floor terrazo, for example. The street outside is somewheat busy (lots of buses, taxis, and trucks on a fairly narrow street) . While the building itself had a lot of foreign visitors, the neighborhood is very traditional and doesn't feel touristy at all. Overall, an excellent place, especially if you want to attend cultural events in El Centro.

I loved it, from arrival to departure, José Pablo very attentive all the time, the place super clean, organized, really the photos do not honor how everything really is. Very grateful for the attention.
