Great Place to stay in! The view, the decor, very well equipped it . Everything that you need, you will find it in this apartment. I will definitely will be back to this place.

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Lovely and highly responsive host. Communicated well at all times. Went above and beyond to accommodate in every way. The location is peaceful and convenient.

This place was by far one of the best staying I have ever had. From the minute you step inside the building you can acknowledge the level of class that the place has to offer. The apartment was everything we wanted and more. Great location, staff, food, drinks, entertainment, recreational areas and commute. The host very respectful and responsive at all times.

I liked the apartment, it was very well located; had the comforts for a pleasant stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, and love the neighborhood. Everything you need is within a block or two - the little bakery with great brownies, the tienda a block away has most everything you need, and the bigger grocery store is nearby. It’s a big, open apartment, and a great value. If you’re lucky, you’ll be visited by a parrot 🦜 or two.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

I didn't get to stay at Charles place because of a water break in a city pipe nearby that completely took out water supply for the entire WAKE building. Fortunately, Charles and his team were quick to address to the issue and provided a rapid solution by offering us another apartment nearby free of charge. Charles and his team were always fast to respond and showed amazing hospitality given the unforeseen circumstances.

This is actually from booking an extension after staying here 1 month already. But missed the window to give feedback on that booking. So… If you want to be in the heart of the Calle 10 / Provenza / Parque Lleras area (whilst living in a place that has you feeling like a rockstar every time you walk in and out) this could be a good spot. It’s literally 150m from the centre pin of it all. I was mostly working from the loft & the internet is faultless + background here on zoom calls is next level. Could jump in the steam room start of day and any moment when I wanted to freshen up between meetings. The kitchen is vast. So many sofas you don’t know where to sit. All the different dimmable lighting creates a different scene each night. Bed comfy. Shower lovely (it’s in the steam room, steam + shower at same time so good). Security staff all super lovely. Place is 100% safe and secure. Natalia: THANK-YOU. Your help & flexibility re extension was beyond what I could ask. Dios lo bendiga.

Had a problem with tv remote set a message and within minutes. Some one was at apartment. To give a new one. Rapid fast answer to any questions

Great location, possible to bring guests, responsive staff, and with a great view. Suitable for shorter stays as the kitchen is basic. Overall,.would recommend!

Great apartment, walking distance to everything in El Poblado but in a peaceful part of the neighborhood. I enjoyed the city view from the balcony as well. Everything was as described in the listing, the place was clean and in good repair, wifi was fast. Check-in was super easy and Diana was very helpful with instructions. I recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Diana!

I had a great stay at Nido Sky! The location is perfect and walkable to a lot of bars, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment is the perfect size and had everything needed. The bar/restaurant attached to Nido Sky was great as well. It was a little noisy at night, especially since my apartment was on the lower level. They did provide ear plugs. I would stay again just a higher level.

Jorge Andrés, was an excellent host, always willing to give you the necessary information and attentive to all the details. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and in a central and very quiet area.

My stay in this apartment was wonderful. I get used to being there very quickly. Mr. Luis's treatment was wonderful. The porter staff is very kind and attentive. I will miss my stay in Medellin and the park that is in front of the building. ( I was doing exercises every morning) 100% I recommend Mr. Luis as a host, I will always be grateful for your attention and kindness. If you are going to Medellin it is the best place to stay.

Outstanding location

Regarding the Host, José was a person who was always attentive to respond to any concerns, he was very attentive from the moment of check-in until the day of check-out. The place , it's identical to the photos, meets expectations. Since my experience with this place and the host , I have no complaints.

Daniela was super friendly. He was always at the command of what he needed. The only drawback I had was with the noise, as you can hear a little what others do in the other lofts. But nothing else besides that, everything was amazing, I hope to be back soon.

It is a clean, cosy place with a very nice view of the city. Manuela was very attentive to our inquiries and responded quickly. Definitely recommended!
