Everything in the ad is excellent. The place is very nice, the outdoor environment spectacular, the location for UnC students is the best possible and Larissa is an extremely kind person and demonstrates a lot of experience working with the public. We are very grateful for everything!!

I had the pleasure of staying in Ilka's apartment and my experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, close to several shops. But the strength is because it is above a bakery that works from 6 am to 9:30 pm, which makes the stay much easier. The apartment is impeccably clean, with fresh linens and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the living room is large and the bedrooms are large and have double beds. A special highlight goes to the host's private library. In addition, for those visiting for work, the apartment has two very spacious office desks. The Host, Ilka, was extremely cordial and always ready to respond to our requests. The cleaning lady Rose welcomed us very well and was very helpful during our stay. Thank you Ilka and Rose.
