Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Isle Verde Beach

Was visiting San Juan for the weekend. Close to airport. Short ride to Viejo San Juan. Had a great stay. Nice & cozy. Slept comfortably. Washer & dryer a plus … had cooler, chair & umbrella available. Quite neighborhood. Would stay again.

Had a fantastic stay with my family at Mary's place. She was such a welcoming host and made us feel right at home. We even enjoyed some homegrown bananas and avocado during our stay (store ones will never taste the same after that experience). Our daughter had an excellent time enjoying the pool and the beach was so close, it made enjoying each day a breeze. The place was very comfortable and private. If you're looking to experience the gem that is Puerto Rico like a local, this is the place to stay. Mary will make sure you're set to accomplish that.

We had a great stay. The location is right at the beach, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. The designated parking spot was also great if you have a rental. The host comminuted promptly on every request. I will come back next time when visit PR.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The property was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. This place was Amazing door to door parking in front of house 7 min to Routes rental best rental from airport. 10 min to airport 15 min to isla verde beach,loiza Beach,Pinones and great restaurants Best Bebos 👌Very quiet neighborhood safe and away from the Nightlife I have stood at resorts and hotels and condos in pr this place was very convenient no walking to car door to door,close to airport, kings size bed was a plus slept great big tvs in rooms private Air-conditioning was Great outdoor area big comfy couches. Super clean new construction new Furniture beautiful decor safe chill spot close to airport and night life this place is not for party's and gatherings party else where this place is to Rest and relax!! Quiet area

This home was perfect for our family of 4. In fact, it can hold two more people comfortably as there is a twin bed with a trundle in the living room. The AC was wonderful in the two bedrooms and the place was clean! Our kids liked that the wifi worked the entire time :) We mostly went out to eat at the restaurants around the apartment, but the fridge held our leftovers and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed during our stay. We were also a short walk to the Supermax grocery store. We walked to and from the beach twice in one day! (yes it's soooo close!) Our family loved this location and all that this place provided us. Communication with Christiane was easy and they sent us the check in information the day of.

Emilio’s listing was great, specially since I grew up 2 blocks away from the location. The location was very close to plenty of entertainment and food. The house was clean and in great shape. Some of the things that were not 100% were, some of the electrical outlets weren’t working properly, also they could have left a bit more household products like paper towels, trash bags, and soap. Initial communication was bit delayed but after the first day everything went smoothly. I would def recommend this listing.

Just that I needed it. A small apartment but with enough space, privacy and at a low price. Close to fast foods, restaurants, supermarkets and my family in the area.

Amazing getaway! We arrived just in time to catch a beautiful sunset, and at night, easily heard the PR native Coquí frog! In the early morning, a thick mist over the lake slowly clears. Views are simply stunning. Jose was a great host, responsive and helpful. He met us for check-in, clearly explained instructions, made local food recommendations, and was as flexible as possible for checkout. He has provided many amenities, including bathroom toiletries, bottled water, and a Netflix guest account. One awareness to share... This property is on a mountain top, which is wonderful for privacy and views, though comes with logistics which visitors must be aware- road is narrow, animals are often near or in the street, and people still speed- please be alert! We were careful and had some 'near misses' but ultimately no major issues. Overall, highly recommend... this place has unmatchable views with an excellent host. Hope to return again someday soon!

Super Sweet Family, so thoughtful and helpful. On our last day, my rental's battery died and they jumped it for me. They definitely deserve their 5 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice place, close to many amenities.

Edith's Beach house was a great stay. The pictures do not do it justice. Way more room then it looks. Great breakfast bakery down the street that we walked to. Great area to have several places nearby to drive too. Edith was very responsive and gave Great recommendations. Water pressure could use some work but we also had a lot of people showering at once so can't complain too much as the water stayed warm. Beds are super comfortable and the AC was super nice after a humid beach day. A lot of supplies in the kitchen to cook meals. We felt right at home.

Robert was an excellent host and I’m planning to stay with him again in the short term future

Marcos was very responsive and friendly. Very safe apartment, it's great to have a garage with remote control entrance in an very accessible location.

Fabiola’s place made us feel like residents of San Juan. The historic Art Deco building is a landmark while the apartment itself was modern. It’s within walking distance of Old San Juan and Condado Beach.

2nd time booking and I’ll keep coming back because it’s just perfect. The host, the apartment, the location and how safe I feel. Had half a mind to just live here!

Stayed here with a family for a vacation, great location, a lot of restaurants nearby, groceries stores in walking distance. Apartment building has own 8' pool area for guests. Ray is a great host, quickly solved an issue we had in the apartment and accommodated our extra request. We will definitely consider this place for our future trips.
