Family-friendly vacation rentals in Isle Verde Beach

This is the best Air bnb I have stayed at. Chana is really fast at responding. She gave us great suggestions on things to do, helped us out alot, and would check in to make sure everything was okay. I would 100/100 stay here again. The view of the ocean is amazing and the sounds of the waves will put you sound to sleep. Chana thank you for hosting this great trip for us. Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The space was incredibly clean and spacious, and the facility provided plenty to do in the time we were there. The pools were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed a quick round of mini-golf. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. It was one of our favorite AirBnBs and a place I would 100% return to if we come back to the area. We were hoping for a 10 out of 10, and we got an 11 with this one!

We LOVE Cyrus' apartment in Old San Juan. It's our 3rd time staying here, we love it so much. We know exactly what to expect and it just works perfectly for us with our kids. We know it will be clean, Cyrus will be flexible, there's the ability to drop our luggage off, everything is walkable, so many amazing shops and restaurants in Old San Juan. And this location we can even walk to El Morro or anywhere else. So much sightseeing, beautiful walks, lovely people. Kitchen and AC are great. LOVE the new covered bed area on the patio, couldn't ask for anything more. Stay here!

Easy, very clean inside and out with pools and great beach access. Host was very responsive and a great value. I highly recommend this rental.

The hot tub was the perfect end to all of our fun filled days. The relaxing sound of the coquis was a perfect touch. So many beautiful plants on the property to explore

It’s was exactly as advertised and only had loud neighbors for 2 days but the rest of the staywas perfect. The location is a bit outside of being in a nice “neighborhood” but once inside it’s beautiful and worth the stay and would definitely come back 10/10

Giselle is an amazing host, she’s super kind and friendly, we get quick and caring response from always. Her yard is beautifully maintained, it felt like a little oasis once you enter. We immediately felt at home. The room itself is not the biggest, but you’ll have all you need. It’s right by the beach and just a short walk to all sorts shops and awesome restaurants. We’re looking forward to coming back again.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

A great find in the heart of Condado! It’s extremely walkable to local restaurants, bars and the beach. Nicely decorated and plenty of room for a big group. I’ll be sure to stay again!

The apartment was tastefully decorated and the garden outside was beautiful. Her cats outside were sweet and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was a great location and very quiet. The bed was SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!! Including sheets were so soft! Bathroom was very clean and great shower! Also AC is only in bedroom, but if you leave the door open it cools the whole apartment perfectly. It was an excellent place especially for the price. The parking garage was very confusing at first and knowing what building to enter. After a couple days we got it figured out. Although it was wonderful to have parking!!

This creative, lofty penthouse full of art is a gem! Tucked into a quiet, residential street with great views of the city and the ocean, this contemporary apartment will nourish you in ways you cannot even imagine. It is a great way to relax and enjoy life while escaping the hustle and bustle of the city below. There are cute kitties that come to visit the patio, cat food on premises to give them some sustenance. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Our stay was great - we were with family. If you have family an don’t mind being very secluded then this is the place for you. Quite distance from any nightlife as the area around isn’t the safest. The facility itself is great as was the room

Loved staying here and how close it was to the beach. Host is very sweet and kind. Took very good care of us. Our flight was canceled and the host allowed us to stay another day. Just be mindful of the power going off (out of hosts control), bring charger banks just in case. Overall 10/10, had a great time.

I visited Puerto Rico for a week and I feel incredibly grateful I was able to stay in this airbnb. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. It is so close to everything and the beach is steps away. I absolutely loved my stay and I would 100% book again!

Amazing view of the ocean from the room with a great beach just outside the building. Really nice pool as well. Clear instructions and good communication from the hosts. Very clean and comfortable. The one negative would be some of the light in the room at night from the ac units and some can get past the blinds. This doesn't bother me much, but I know my wife would need a blindfold to get a good night's sleep.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Great location for a 70th birthday party! Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, very clean and lots of space. Communication with Alejandro was very easy. We would definitely return.

So communicative, great recommendations, incredibly accommodating, so helpful, fantastic apartment. Perfect for short- or long-term stay! If I return to San Juan, there is no doubt I would try to stay here.

The location was fantastic. So many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk either direction. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay again.
