Tranquil cottage near Jurassic Coast.

PollyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We didn’t want to leave! It was home from home and we couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful location. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor space - on the trampoline, chatting to the sheep and watching the stream bubble past. The fenced and gated areas meant we didn’t have to worry about our littlest one following the bigger two kids, too. The place and outdoors was so well thought out for families with a dog and / or kids. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were ridiculously comfortable. We had everything we needed for a very happy stay. Marieanne was so kind and very responsive - thanks so much! Would highly recommend.

A Stunning Dorset Thatched Cottage - Dog friendly

CandiceRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay in the cottage. It was clean, cosy and the welcome goodies were a lovely touch and much appreciated. The hot tub was a perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and under cover (we got lucky with beautiful weather but this would’ve been great even if it rained!). Our dog enjoyed the secure garden and we appreciated knowing he could roam the garden safely. The cottage is in a great location, just a short drive from the sea, and Ruth provided great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. We went to the Sculpture Park by the lake which was beautiful! We’d love to stay again.

Romantic holiday cottage for two with hot tub

JackRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

Stunning Barn Conversion-Jacuzzi & Pool

TraceyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A friend and I took our 2 twelve year old girls for an end of the holidays treat and were not disappointed. We had a fabulous time. Paul and Sandra went out of their way to make us feel at home and answer all our queries. This is a beautiful spot. The accommodation is very comfortable and the setting very peaceful, although with very easy access to the coast/other activities. We spent 2 days relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub. Having a kitchen next to the pool is a great idea, meaning its so easy to prepare food and drinks without having to go back to the house. We didn't make use of the party room, but I could imagine it would be fantastic for a family/friends gathering. The girls loved the dogs and horses, and Paul and Sandra made them both feel at home. They both cherished the horseshoes that Sandra gave them before we left (thankyou!). There was only 4 of us on this visit, but I could imagine this would would be a fantastic place for a celebration get together. We'll be back!

The cottage was the perfect base from which to explore the local beaches/amenities. We were in perfect, secluded (quiet) countryside with wonderful walking on our doorstep, but still only minutes by car to explore local beach towns. The cottage has a very relaxed and welcoming feel.

Manor Farm Cottage

SianRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was an ideal place to stay for us and our two dogs. It was peaceful, yet near to lots of lovely areas to explore. We didn’t make it to the local pub as we enjoyed having a couple of sundowners and taking in the lovely countryside. The cottage was well equipped and as described. We’d absolutely come back - it ticked all of the boxes.

Julie's place was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Portland. The place was spotless, smelt nice and had all the amenities and items you might need for your stay. Locally, the walks are absolutely breathtaking! Some of the best views I have seen anywhere! There are a few food shops and takeaways locally, all fairly priced and good food. We will definitely return!

JulietteRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Rowan Barn is just as described in the listing, if not better. The house is very comfortable and in a great location, with a small private garden with views over the coastal hills and golden cap and a larger communal space for the use of guests at the other properties. It was lovely to be able to walk from the house with many paths to choose from and a reliable and frequent buses at the end of the lane. An easy walk to seatown and the anchor pub. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked a return visit

Large and cottage at heart of a scenic village

GemmaRating, 5 stars28 months ago
What an absolutely outstanding place Dennis has here. Absolutely beautiful , very comfortable, the bedrooms are big and airy but cosy at the same time. spotless rooms, bathrooms and kitchen . lovely bright white clean linen . A very charming Fireplace with a gorgeous log burner and big comfortable sofas . The Gardens were lovely although admittedly at this time of year wasn't showing it's best , but still the wow factor. Lots of walks nearby . There is a village shop that caters for most things but if you want a little more Crewkern is only 3 miles away with Lidl, Waitrose etc. Set in the most picturesque Village , Dennis's Cottage will not disappoint . We hope to return at some point.

The Cottage at Flo’s Cottages with Indoor Pool

RebeccaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Our daughters especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was clean, with beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed. It was also really lovely to be able to book my Dad into the ‘Little Stable’, which is a smaller, 2 person dwelling available to book. Fiona is a fantastic host and responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Stylish country cottage close to Jurassic Coast

HannahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Little Glebe was so perfect for my friends and I - two couples - as a place to stay in Dorset. The cottage itself was amazing: bright, airy, beautiful design, great views, functional kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The location was also really ideal - about a 17 minute walk to the local farm grocery store where bought all of our food to cook, and 10 minute drive to Durdle door and other great coastal walks. Sue was a wonderful host, and very warm and lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lulstead - Spring stay in the countryside - Dorset

NickiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved staying at the cottage. It was perfect for our group - grandparents, parents and two little ones - with plenty of space. Open plan living accommodation leading out to decking/small enclosed garden worked really well and we appreciated the spacious hallway with plenty of room to store bags not needed in the bedrooms. In all, it was a bit of a tardis - we never have expected it to be so spacious and airy! We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Holly Cottage Poole. Quaint Thatch. Jurassic Coast

AmyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic last minute stay Holly Cottage, as a couple with our young baby and dog. The cottage was very spacious, yet very homely, and was well equipped with everything you could need (even for the baby with a cot and high chair etc) Comfy beds, cosy lounge with smart tv, and a kitchen with everything you could imagine you would need! The garden is beautiful and private, with a bbq and sofas, and totally secure for a dog, one of the very few air bnb’s we have stayed at where we have had full peace of mind the dog can explore with no concern. The location is fantastic for exploring Dorset and we also visited The New Forest less than an hour away. There is a Tesco behind the house and we had a good weekday meal at the local pub. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
