Beachfront vacation rentals in Isle of Palms

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay has been. Absolutely idyllic in every way. Scott with Town and Island, our host, went above and beyond and was incredibly sensitive to our needs and generous. I cannot thank him enough!

Close to center of town & very walkable to restaurants, shops, coffee. Appreciated the layout of the space & well stocked kitchen. It’s a townhouse and we did have some noise from the unit next door, just something to be aware of. Overall, enjoyed the space & would stay again.

This home was a perfect space for our family’s (7 adults and two little ones) Christmas vacation. We walked and played on the beach every day and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. It was easy to spend a day visiting Charleston too.

Love seeing and hearing the ocean from the living room. Beautiful beach right out the door.

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week with our son, daughter in law and two grand children at Catrina’s Folly Beach home. The girls loved the screen porch that overlooked the marsh. Any question we had was answered quickly. We loved the location of the condo - about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely consider Caterina’s home for our next Folly Beach adventure.

There was plenty of room for our large family. The pool table offered fun for the teenagers and the adults, lots of laughter. We love that this is a pet-friendly home. Our dog (though she laid around a lot on the deck) was very comfortable and enjoyed the beach walks. The beach was quiet and very nice. We walked for miles and caught the sunrise and sunset almost every day. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and what we could not find, we ran to Bert's and got there. Thank you for having us!

Carolina One was very responsive and attentive. We rented over Thanksgiving and had an issue with the dishwasher. They had someone over to look at the unit within a couple of hours. Even though the unit could not be fixed, we appreciated their prompt attention. They even supplied us with a new drying rack, gloves, and extra cleaning supplies! Would rent with them again!

We had a fantastic time staying at Jeanette’s place!! The house was incredibly clean and all the linens and towels were plush and new! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very convenient to put the baby’s pack and play in the small bedroom with the twin bed. Pool was great and the location cannot be beat, so close to the ocean and the IOP parks and rec playground. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!!

So quiet and quaint beautifully placed within 50 feet of the seashore adorably renovated home!! Easy access with deck and stairs with handrail to the ocean and the soft sand with your own private stairs to sit on and enjoy your coffee in the beautiful stairs facing the sunrise every morning. Modern furnishings spotless tip to tell dishes, organized, silverware, and place, everything pristine clean like a brand new home. The hot tub is an amazing touch and perfectly positioned. The sunroom is perfect for those brisk days. Should you be here during the colder months. Very responsive and efficient, AC and heat. High tech up-to-date alarm system and cameras in a noninvasive location, knowing that everything is secure and safe. The host and hostess are easily accessible in the response times were very very quick for the simple question we had. Tons of beach chairs, downstairs to take on the ocean and a very quiet private part of the beach towards the end, which is lovely! Georg-Mir♥

We had an incredible week-long stay at this beautiful condo, which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of both the ocean and the golf course. All three bedrooms were generously sized, and we never felt crowded. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and even closer to the pool, which provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The easy parking and short drive to Charleston made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants both nearby and in the city. Steve was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Adorable bungalow. Has everything you need including a hot tub. Was super clean. The host was very responsive. A very close walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was "Presidential". We had a great Holiday weekend and Mike's place was the perfect spot. The direct access to the Beach was a highlight. We spent most of our time in downtown but next time will venture more into Folly downtime. The only thing I would advise is Uber access can be challenging during peak hours, plan early. We would strongly advise Mike's place for any event you have planned in Charleston.

Outstanding on all fronts! Natalie sets the gold standard for host communication -- proactive, lightning fast and very friendly. We had a delightful stay and the cliche "easy to arrive, hard to leave" was very true. Wonderfully clean, personalized and welcoming house with very thoughtful touches from top to bottom. Can't wait to come back.

We were very pleased with this stay! The hosts were friendly and informative, the home was exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in), and the location was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. We’ve unfortunately had some places that were not true to the description or photos, but not the case here at all. The photos were very accurate, and actually, some of the furniture had been upgraded to better or larger pieces since the listing photos were taken. The kitchen has all the essentials and some extra appliances you might want. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though, you’ll likely want to bring a few of your most used items. We had a rainy day or two while we were there and appreciated that there were some games and puzzles provided. We were there for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find a small lighted tree. Those kinds of small touches made this such a lovely stay! We would definitely book again if we return to Folly Beach.

Wanted a nice, peaceful and relaxing getaway and Jeana's beautiful home provided just that! Had everything it said and was just a quick walk to the beach. There is a basket of blankets for pets and we did use one even though we brought our own. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. We were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation away from home and decided not to venture too far because we just wanted to relax. We made a point to replace things we used (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper ) just because Jeana was super helpful and a great host! We recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was within walking distance of the restaurants and bars on Folly. Plenty of space. Great location and super quiet.

This place is a perfect spot for a family get together. Cozy bedrooms, an inviting screened in porch and living room. The kitchen had everything needed to make a good meal and the general vintage beach house vibe was so comfortable! Not to mention a beautiful beach passage steps from the house! I look forward to returning with my family again some time! My goto stay if I return to Charleston or Mount Pleasant!!

We've stayed here a handful of times and definitely plan to be back! Excellent dog friendly property that is walkable to the beach and "just far" enough from center street to be nice and quiet. Absolutely love the outdoor shower! My senior dog loves that the deck out back has just one step to the backyard. He is getting a little too old to walk up and down multiple steps.

if you’re coming to folly. stay at one of nicole’s properties. she is second to NONE and does far more on island than real estate. stay at one of her places & if you’re really blessed …get to know her. nico .. ur the bomb
