Pam was a wonderful host,-great communication! Was comfortable place with beautiful ocean views! Clean place and nice touches for Disney Polynesian decor —- We really liked exploring around Fripp Island with golf cart , beautiful island!!

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

Brian's place exceeded our expectations. it was extremely comfortable with great beds and linens. Everything we needed was provided for, and Brian gave great suggestions for the area including sights and restaurants. Seabrook island was beautiful with dolphins, deer and even a cute little alligator. book it now, you can't go wrong!

Rent this place! Great views from screened porch, easy beach access, comfortable place to stay. Nice and relaxing - no loud noises or construction going on. Parking was convenient. Michael was quick to respond to our questions. He was gracious and allowed us to stay an extra day. We will like to book again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Clean! Like really clean! The views are great, you can see the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset out the front door. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The bonus was how responsive and accommodating the Hosts were-We can’t wait to stay again!

It was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay in Folly Beach. Close enough to get to Charleston for activities but also relaxing to be near the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for creating a beautiful and welcoming vacation home.

Doreen was a data host! The place was clean and felt homey! Perfect location and walking distance to the beach.

Carolina One was very responsive and attentive. We rented over Thanksgiving and had an issue with the dishwasher. They had someone over to look at the unit within a couple of hours. Even though the unit could not be fixed, we appreciated their prompt attention. They even supplied us with a new drying rack, gloves, and extra cleaning supplies! Would rent with them again!

It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The home is spotless, and the attention to detail is fantastic. The location is unbeatable. We loved peaceful walks on the quiet beach, spotting dolphins offshore, and breathtaking sunrises. At night, the soothing sound of waves made for the perfect sleep. The ocean views from the front porch were ideal for morning coffee or unwinding with a book. It’s also incredibly pet-friendly! The patio gate, vacuum, dog bed, and even food dishes made traveling with our dog stress-free. To top it off, our hosts went above and beyond—even treating us to dinner one night. Their hospitality makes this place truly special. We love it here and can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat, this is it!

We had an incredible week-long stay at this beautiful condo, which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of both the ocean and the golf course. All three bedrooms were generously sized, and we never felt crowded. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and even closer to the pool, which provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The easy parking and short drive to Charleston made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants both nearby and in the city. Steve was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Made in the shade was great for the fam - perfect location for biking to the beach or town, but remote and peaceful. The kids lived in the hot tub. Would love to be back someday.

We loved our stay in Mike’s Folly house! Right by the beach, clean, comfortable, and cozy enough to feel at home. We used the hot tub every night and rode bikes to get coffee in the mornings, it was so so fun and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I loved the place. Very spacious and cozy with a retro vibe. Perfect for adults and children as well. Straight, convenient and short walk to the beach. I would love to stay again.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Outstanding on all fronts! Natalie sets the gold standard for host communication -- proactive, lightning fast and very friendly. We had a delightful stay and the cliche "easy to arrive, hard to leave" was very true. Wonderfully clean, personalized and welcoming house with very thoughtful touches from top to bottom. Can't wait to come back.

Wanted a nice, peaceful and relaxing getaway and Jeana's beautiful home provided just that! Had everything it said and was just a quick walk to the beach. There is a basket of blankets for pets and we did use one even though we brought our own. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. We were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation away from home and decided not to venture too far because we just wanted to relax. We made a point to replace things we used (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper ) just because Jeana was super helpful and a great host! We recommend staying here.

The house is old, but the location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is idyllic. The beds were comfortable, and we had all we needed in the house.

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

We've stayed here a handful of times and definitely plan to be back! Excellent dog friendly property that is walkable to the beach and "just far" enough from center street to be nice and quiet. Absolutely love the outdoor shower! My senior dog loves that the deck out back has just one step to the backyard. He is getting a little too old to walk up and down multiple steps.

Nicole’s place was great. She was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great location about a 1-2 minute walk, if that, to the beach! Also just a short few minute drive to downtown Folly.
