The house’s location was ideal, being very close to Disneyland, which was our top priority. Very easy to find and the host is prompt in response . It was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

This was our second stay at Eric’s wonderful Bixby Knolls apartment . Super quiet and relaxing location with a Trader Joe’s just across the back alley. Bixby Knolls is an embarrassment of riches and this Airbnb is right in the heart of this great community. The locals were super friendly and welcoming and the restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops were fantastic. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and will adjust my plans if need be to stay at Eric’s property! Thanks a million!!!

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

This is an extremely charming place to stay, and is better in real life than online. With high ceilings, an open feel and fantastic windows situated to take advantage of the surrounding hills and mountains, it was the perfect place to stay for a week. The location of Glassell Park is ideal for visiting the cool nearby neighborhoods like Eagle Rock, Highland Park and Atwater Village, and is a short drive from Silver Lake, Echo Park and Frogtown. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking to explore the area.

Very clean place, very spacious and private. Matched the photos, had great ambience and lighting. Host was very responsive and communicated instructions clearly. Answered all our questions within minutes. Check in procedure was inconvenient, but host gave clear instructions. Getting to parking garage was difficult at times. However, overall the place was worth it and would definitely come again.

Amazing stay! The hosts were super helpful and always checked in and gave us recommendations. The building check in process was seamless and the instructions were perfectly detailed. Cute places to eat just on the same block and the apartment was quiet despite being downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeffrey's place was exactly what my group needed for a short weekend stay while we were in LA for a wedding! The place was comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed, clean, and close to a lot of different places including great restaurants, churches, and late night spots. Jeffrey as a host is one of the most detail-oriented, attentive hosts I've ever seen and I really appreciated his proactive communication. When unexpected things happened as well, he was very responsive and kind even when it work him up in the middle of the night. Personal favorite moments were the floor to ceiling balcony overlooking waterfalls, the well-furnished kitchen, and how nice the shower was. I was especially grateful for Jeffrey waking up and also being understanding with our late check out.

Super clean and great walkable location to Disney! We walked to Disney every day, only about 15-20 minutes to the gates. Area feels safe enough to walk comfortably, just watch the “35 mph” zone you have to cross and then you’re there! Would definitely stay again and already recommended to friends. Didn’t try the pool but like that that’s an option!
