Waterfront vacation rentals in Iron River

This place has so many great things, easy parking, great open space, secluded with an amazing view and private patio. The living space and and kitchen are clean and updated, bathroom is small but shower is spacious and all you need. One more private bedroom and the other in the main area but if you have that view why not sleep next to it. To top it all off there are so many things to do within walking distance and hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

I loved The Perch! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the consideration of not using scented laundry soap and fabric softeners and other scented things! It was so nice to have everything fresh and clean and not smelling like what somebody else thinks is “nice”. Janie was responsive and when I needed help with anything. The place is so cozy and inviting. I hope I have a reason to stay again some time!

My family and I were very happy with: the location, the great water view from the balcony, the attached bookstore (a must visit), everything you need in Bayfield being within walking distance (including the ferries to the Apostle Islands & the Saturday morning farmer's market), the long list of amenities in the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, easily accessible parking spaces, and the quick and thorough responses from the hosts. Some patrons at the bar next door were laughing & having fun a little loudly outside on Friday night when we were going to bed, but the sound machines that were available in each of the bedrooms easily took care of it for us. (Saturday night, the patrons were quiet, but we still enjoyed using the sound machines.) We needed help with the airbed and the hosts took care of it promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom and Brenda's. The rental is convenient to lots of hiking around the area and was well equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. The beds are comfortable and we all loved the soft sheets. Our favorite thing about the place was the rooftop patio where we spent lots of time in the evenings relaxing around the gas fireplace. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future and/or recommend this place to family and friends!

Such a great location! We just visited Applefest and the Annex is only 11 minutes away. We absolutely loved walking down to the beach, it’s a little private walk down the hill to a secluded beach with beautiful rocks and sea glass. The Annex #1 was the perfect size for two people, and so clean. We will definitely be back next year!

Great place to stay! Stayed here to see Bentlyville and was so close to so much and we always had something to do. A very clean and cozy place to stay!

The stay at Odin at the Njord was nothing short of amazing! The place is beautiful, parking was great and made it stress free. The views at sunrise are out of this world. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice and cozy place theres board games for activities and tons of space for a family to relax and have a good vacation would definatly come here again.

This Port Wing home was a quiet retreat for my family to celebrate my mom's life. Directly on Lake Superior, this home makes you want to be outside at the campfire, listen to the waves, watch the sunset, and look for shooting stars. The rooms are set up perfectly for a big group, with plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. My favorite room was the kitchen and dining space with the huge windows with a picturesque view of the lake outside. We loved the location of the house, as it is close to Bayfield and the Apostle Islands, and many beaches and hiking areas. We plan to come again!

Great place to stay in the country of Superior, WI!

This home is a perfect home away from home. My mom, sister and I had a fabulous vacation here and enjoyed the peace and quiet. With it so close to downtown Bayfield we were able to make multiple trips easily at different times of the day for different reasons; shopping, restaurants etc. Our host was fabulous and even let us know when to watch for the Northern lights. The sunrises were amazing and lake view was fantastic. There is more than enough space here and the screened porch was one of the best features. Oh, and so was the visits from sweet “resident” fox! We’ll definitely be back!!

We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday party at Eileen's home. This property is right on the water, which is very appealing. The Bay is peaceful and serene. We would bring our kayaks along if we stay again (boat landing near by). The steps to get to the water were a bit difficult for our older family members to navigate. We loved the flat greenspace for playing outdoor games. Handy to have on site laundry and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living room. The loft area is open to the kitchen, so not the best area for light sleepers or late rizers:) Loved our time there, it's a special place!!

One of the best Airbnb finds along the north shore! So serene and private, yet extremely close to hiking, our favorite brewery, and restaurants. The view is top notch and access to outdoor amenities was great - even for a lakeside fire in the winter! Cozy cabin with everything you need. Very toddler friendly with toys available and a booster seat. Perfect size for our family of three! Would be thrilled to visit again in the summer :)

Cannot say enough about the beauty of this space. Location is close to so many things to do: both inside & out; on the water & on land; for a variety of ages. You could stay here & enjoy the space for a week or get out & explore. House was easily shared by my parents & I, & one brother stayed for a night. Nice layout to house & yard. Simply beautiful relaxing views & comfy furniture. Helpful hosts. Beautiful screened-in porch, back deck, & also coffee on the beach. We kayaked, hiked to waterfalls, went to a show at the Big Top Chautauqua, took a Grand Tour of the Apostle Islands, walked on the ferry to see Madeline Island’s museum & met the new director who shared info about the exhibit Passages (not to be missed!), met old friends, & visited a few restaurants. Washburn’s bookstore! Fall migration has started & birds are passing along the beach. In addition to exploring Washburn, Bayfield, & Cornucopia, we drove to Duluth to visit Glensheen, Fitgar’s, & Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory.

Erin had great communication, with detailed instructions for check in and check out. The unit was very clean and close to restaurants and shops. It was a good location to base out of for hiking trails and other activities.

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as depicted online. The hosts were very responsive with all my questions. We had 8 family there and it never seemed crowded. The large table/island was ideal for our Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of games kept us busy. As we were leaving, the grandkids wanted to know when we were coming back to the condo. Very enjoyable long holiday weekend.

Fun family Christmas trip close to Bentleyville. Listing is as described and host was very quick to respond.

We had such a great time at Missy's Airbnb. We decided to cook most of our meals and everything we needed for that was available. When I ran into Missy she was very pleasant and welcoming, showing us around and telling me the history of the place. Our dogs loved it there too! Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday vacation!

Jacob was a great host, willing to be flexible on timing and super accommodating. Super responsive! We love the Yellow Lake Lodge next door, such a great community! So many great local places to checkout!

We came into town for Bentleyville and we would totally stay here again anytime we visit Duluth. The amenities and top notch staff were great! The whole family enjoyed it!
