Beachfront vacation rentals in Iredell County

We had a wonderful stay here. We felt comfortable and spread out with 8 guys for a golf trip. The garage and loft game rooms were a hit along with the hot tub. The home is conveniently located near all Mooresville has to offer, but peaceful and quiet location right on Lake Norman. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible value. We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend - she wanted a cozy place to chill and relax and this was perfect! Well stocked with anything basic you might need. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time for our family Christmas. The home was perfect with a wonderful yard for the kids to play in, board games for everyone, a great game room and lots of room to spread out. We will definitely use this property again.

Property was precisely as described. Layout and amenities were perfect for our family (Papa, Granny, 3 married children, 7 total grands). Communications process, check-in/out, etc. were exceptional. Outdoor space was a special treat - including small, but perfectly adequate sandy beach, nice pier and fantastic outdoor kitchen! Whimsical backyard lighting made the space especially nice for the young ones, and fun for all. Would highly recommend.

such a beautiful home. it felt like home right away, it has a great amount of space for 7 people, comfortable furniture, they have every kitchen appliance that you’d ever need and the hot tub is the nicest one i’ve ever seen at an airbnb. the host is helpful and responsive, i didn’t have any troubles with anything because they made it so easy for us to get in. perfect home with a great stay

We loved this location - IT had an awesome view of the Lake and it was so peaceful .One could enjoy all the sounds Mother Nature had to offer. The property was well maintained, bold, colorful flowers placed strategically in pots, There were so many outdoor spaces available for activities! Lots of places to sit,eat, play cards, games, rest, lounge, socialize, listen to music, excercise etc. They provided equipment and " extras for enjoying the water . We just loved it here and Anita and Tim were were SUPER HOSTS. They made our stay easy, memorable, and enjoyable! ( Plenty of thoughtful EXTRAS.)There was lots TO DO and all kinds of outdoor spaces, ( that were lovely and inviting) to do it in.; Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful hosts. Our STAY was Stellar and just too SHORT! THANK YOU - ANITA and TIM!

Love this house. The view was great from one of the rooms. My boys loved the screened in porch and the beds where surprisingly comfy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelly's beautiful home. The house was very welcoming and the property was so peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor screened porch - we spent most of our time out there. We went with our 1 year old, so it was easy to keep him contained out there, while still being "outside". It was also so convenient to be right on the water with the dock available! The house is beautifully decorated, but we did have to relocate a few of the decor on lower shelves and the table runners to keep our son from pulling them down. Everything was easy to return to its original location at checkout. Of course, this is no problem at all if you don't have small children! The home was located about 15 to 20 minutes from shops and restaurants by car. We did several fun things around the area and found many attractions within a 30 to 40 minute drive. Shelly was so kind, informative, and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to stay again!
