My family and I are very happy with this family gathering... The house and rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the facilities are very complete... the swimming pool is very clean, and the children are all having fun...

Agnes is very responsive, it's very pleasing to communicate with her. The house is ready for us in a very good condition and clean. The housetaker is very friendly too, and quickly attend to us to help with karaoke and TV setup. Towels provided upon request. Bedding linen and towels are good hotel standard; white and comfy. The house decoration is very aesthetic for photography. Overall a very proper 2 storey bungalow, with lots of rooms and bathrooms, nice swimming pool, and entertainment. Recommended and will choose this place again for family gathering.

Awesome place to stay in Ipoh! The location is super convenient, close to shops and attractions. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Love that the furniture is all new — makes the place feel fresh and comfy. The BBQ spot was a real highlight, great for hanging out. And the host? Super friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely would stay here again!

A very cozy and spacious house, my family of 16 are very satisfied to spend 3d2n at this place. House is very clean, pool is clean and maintained, we used the bbq pit and love the fact that it’s at the corner back so the smoke won’t go to front of house, toilets are clean, master bedroom VERY spacious and lots of extra bed provided. We are so happy and will come again for sure.

This place fits comfortably for 10 pax. All of us enjoyed the place so much and it is so clean. The location of the villa is very strategic and just within 15 minutes to eatery stalls. The host was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Great spot for large groups visiting Ipoh together. We stayed over CNY and really enjoyed having a spacious house to hangout all together. The two bedrooms on the ground floor were convenient for elderly. Host was communicative and the entire process was very smooth.

This is our 2nd times stayed in, there are convenient parking just right in front the house. Efren and families are friendly and nice. Highly recommended to everyone.
