We were so impressed with Jodi’s Cozy Cabin. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in yet. Not only was it cozy with the most beautiful view of Croton Pond, it had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Jodi is a fabulous host and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Five gf’s getting away for a weekend…Danielle was very easy to work with. The house was great. Plenty of room. A large beautiful dining table and great room overlooking the lake. The view was beautiful. The cottage is surrounded by some older homes but Danielle’s has been updated very nicely and it was very peaceful. Plenty of parking. The house was clean. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Place was great. We brought a school team down and it was well received. The place has a main entrance that leads to a hallway and (2) bathrooms/ (2) showers. From there, there are two identical rooms (one on each side, with the bathrooms in the middle). The rooms have couches, a kitchen, and bunk beds. Each of the rooms also has a private room, air conditioner, and a door to the outside. The two rooms each have a door that isolates them from the bathroom corridor. Bedding was provided - there was a bedsheet, pillow case, and blanket packaged and ready on each bed. The fire pit was great. Some chopped wood was kept available for use. Kitchen came in handy for breakfasts. Overall, an excellent experience.

Upscale home fit for a Princess! (Or Prince)

My family stayed at Elizabeth’s home while we visited family for Christmas. From the minute Elizabeth met us at the door to let us in, we knew this Airbnb was special. Elizabeth showed us around the home and reviewed all the details. The home was better than the pictures, extremely organized and well stocked with extra amenities from toiletries in all the bathrooms to spices in the kitchen. Elizabeth had even supplied hot cocoa and decorated the home for Christmas. We felt at home from when we first stepped foot in the house. I highly recommend this home and Elizabeth. They deserve 6 stars!!

Our stay at Frank's place could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. The inside was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. We liked the spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area, nice furniture, and comfortable beds. But we especially enjoyed the large front deck, huge umbrella that kept us shaded, pocket views of the lake, grill/griddle combo, outdoor shower, and having the pickleball courts a short walk away. Frank is a super friendly and very responsive host. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, which we did! We look for to renting from him again next year for 2 weeks! Thanks for everything, Frank!

Wonderful stay here for my 6 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Loved the bath and bathroom in general the tv was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable, slept amazing. Beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning off the lake. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for a great airbnb stay!

Katie's place was great for my family's stay. The location was convenient and easy to get to. It was quiet and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were not there in warm weather, but it would be a great place for a family summer vacation.

Perfect location and accommodations! Holli has truly thought of every incidental thing you might need on a stay, right down to earplugs, just in case! Lol. Everything was perfect for our group, especially the coffee bar! Immaculately clean and stocked with games, puzzles and things to keep the kids (and grown ups) busy. The kids loved the area in the backyard to play laser tag and make smores. The grazing deer and turkeys or pheasants were a big hit too! One of the best Air BNBs I've stayed in. Thanks Holli!

My husband and I and our pup really enjoyed our extended stay at John's Airbnb. We had been hopping in between hotels and other Airbnb's while our house was not ready to move into and it was a great place to land. He was responsive, friendly, and the place was very comfortable. Loved having a bath tub and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed taking our dog for a walk out to the river - it was gorgeous! This is a little hidden gem for a great price.

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

The Barn in Byron Center was the perfect location for our girl's get-together. Parking and unloading were so easy. Plenty of beds and plenty of room to stretch out and relax together. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Loved having such a large dining table. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The home was absolutely beautiful as were the views of the lake from the covered porch. My family stayed there for our summer vacation and loved our stay. Between the lake, pool, rec room games and other amenities we felt right at home and never felt like we had to leave the property. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

If you’re looking for a cozy authentic home that has all the touches of having been lovingly lived in, this is it. Feels like home. Picture perfect. Has all original art, furniture. It’s unlike the other airbnbs in the area, which seem tailored exclusively as rentals. The house is in a great location. Easy walking to delicious breakfast. There is a bathroom connected to the bedroom, but you’ll go upstairs to shower. Bed is comfortable and host is responsive. And of course, there’s a hot tub! How many rentals in the area offer that? Thanks again!

Our second visit! The lake and cottage are so quite and chill, it checked all our boxes for a great weekend. It's close to Hastings for us to do a bike race this weekend. The deck has been updated and a rockstar experience. The cottage is clean with plenty of amenities. It's truly an at home experience and Jason is fab on messages. We added an extra night on this visit since our plans changed. Next time we need to stay for a few weeks, that's for sure! Till next time...

Exactly as described. Had a comforting older home grandma feel. All the furniture was comfortable. Loved the recliners! Loved the foos ball, fireplace thingy in the basement, deck, outdoor fire pit and the wildlife! Had some frustration with the heating system. Theres a weird mix and match heating system with no written instructions on how to control the heating. There is no air conditioning at all which made for some discomfort on days it reached the 50s. Enjoyed our stay! Home was really clean! Love that bedding and furniture was not white!
