Waterfront vacation rentals in Inverloch

Great apartment that is incredibly close to the Rosebud pier, beach and restaurants. This was our second time staying there and the view of the beach and pier is now even better than before / better than the photos after an old large tree must have fallen down. The apartment was perfect and spacious for our small family. The only slight downside is the bedrooms get very warm at night during summer if you turn off the air conditioning. Also the atrium inside the apartment building can be very hot during the day.

Such a wonderful and very homely stay. It was like being at home, the small touches.. ( lux bath robes, slippers, super comfy beds. And did I mention - location? Everything is at your doorstep, literally. Thanks jasmina, we will definitely be back soon. Mum and I loved it. 😊

I had an exceptional solo stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location was ideal: just a short walk to the beach for peaceful morning strolls and gorgeous sunsets. It was also conveniently close to a supermarket and plenty of fantastic food options, which made it easy to enjoy delicious meals without venturing far. I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay, which is so important when travelling alone. The property featured an undercover, locked garage, adding an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. The atmosphere was serene and quiet, providing the perfect retreat. The host was thoughtful and attentive, ensuring everything I needed was readily available, and their local recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this Airbnb for solo travellers looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and security. I hope to return in the future!

Place was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Actually a lot bigger than appears too :) Really nice decor and the location across from beach is perfect for those beautiful sunsets :) On top of all this Jess was amazing too, always responded and acted quickly on requests. This place will relax you instantly with its luxury. Early checkin / late checkout given which made our holiday even more relaxed. Cathy and Steve responded so quickly when I had questions about the washing machine. They were such a pleasure to deal with. The bed is so comfy with Morgan and Finch sheets. Smart Tv is really huge and easy remote. The large adjustable shower head was perfect for kids height. Mirror in shower with amazing water prtsdur. High quality shampoo conditioner and body wash filled to a decent level. Smelt amazing! Comfy couch with gorgeous pillows. All cleaning products available, along with cooking spray, salt and pepper and milk. It was great to have 4 rolls of quality toilet paper. Beautiful handwash in both bathroom and kitchen. Stunning glassware, plates and crockery. Beautiful linen, towels, art, rug and decor throughout. Loved the draws to put clothes in side of bed. High quality furnishings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind this place is for you!

This was by far one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Every little detail was well thought of within the house. Awesome location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Super clean and A++ for even having extension cables each side of the bed to connect electrical appliances.. cozy little kitchen along with a great en-suite!! Janette was lovely, and kept us informed about the repair works being conducted prior to our arrival and then called us as we checked out and had left something behind.. 💯recommend staying here.. we will be coming back again soon.. thanks to the wonderful host!!

I had an absolutely fantastic first time Airbnb experience and far exceeded my expectations! Phil, the host, was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The property itself was immaculately clean and I was impressed with the amenities. But the true showstopper was the breathtaking view of the water, it was simply stunning! Sofia was extremely helpful. Provided everything plus more when requested and was lovely to deal with. The location is superb. The views of the ocean were wonderful. No noise from the shop below. It closes fairly early in the evening and the road outside is not busy after 9pm. Parking is excellent and of great valise when the beach gets busy. Close to Dromana shopping and facilities. Highly recommend

We had a great stay. Place is absolutely perfect for a family - it’s about 1 minute to the beach, the place is cosy but all that you need, exceptionally clean and tidy. Best part is the deck that catches all of the afternoon sun and we spent plenty of time out there. Twenty to 25 minute stroll to the Main Street so it’s just away from the hustle and bustle and nice and private. Amazing hosts - accommodating, responsive, very helpful . Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

Staceys place was in a fantastic location. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful trees, wildlife and seaviews. House was great as it is spacious, with everything you need. 15 -20 minute walk to main street for shopping which is ideal if you dont want to take the car. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely time at Scott’s place and were mesmerised by the incredible vista from the lounge room window, which looks out across Western Port Bay towards Summers Beach. The house was really well appointed, with modern furnishings, pristine kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning and a huge master bedroom. We loved the fact that the house was in a quiet spot, literally 50 metres walk away from the stairs going down to the beach. We would highly recommend this house as a wonderful place to stay when visiting Phillip Island.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

Nick’s place was the perfect base camp for exploring both Philip island and Wilsons prom from Melbourne for us. Location by the beach was a great bonus. Great access to the main st cafes and restaurants as well. Nick was very easy to reach when we had questions

We stayed at Tina’s residence and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was very easy to communicate with and assisted us with early check in for our convenience. The property was clean and well stocked-up with all the essentials you need. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!!

My family is very satisfied with this holiday home. peaceful and beautiful environment. Diana is very kind and easy to communicate with. I love the special decoration everywhere, which uses natural materials and is full of design sense.
