No smoking inside or loud parties. Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Borromean Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment our animal friends are considered special guests and very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for the docking of boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a large party for tourists.
