Maria welcomed us very warmly and gave many recommendations. The apartment was super equipped, especially the kitchen. However, the trails areas in Seefeld are a good 30 minutes away.

We booked the apartment for five nights to be able to snowboard for a few more days and were completely satisfied! The location is simply great: The bus stop to the ski resort is only a maximum of two minutes away, and from there you are in the ski resort in only 20 minutes – a perfect connection. The place itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Birgit, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. In the apartment we found everything we needed for our stay, and the beds were super cozy, so we could relax after a long day on the slopes. All in all, a perfect place to stay for a winter vacation – we will be happy to come back!

Actually, everything was great: everything clean, very nice communication, good location, etc. Only the 3rd sleeping option (sofa in the living-dining area) is clearly too short for a normally grown young person/man (height 183 cm).

The house is very well maintained, clean, spacious, cozy and quietly located. It has a large garden and is centrally located. The lower bathroom is very small. A challenge to wash and no way to put your clothes down. But for that there is on the 2nd floor there is a large bathroom. If you share it with several people, then the lower one is not a problem :-) As a welcome, there was a basket with many goodies on the table. That's a nice touch. When we had a problem with the heating and hot water on Christmas Eve, the owner was there with a handyman and solved the problem. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.

What an incredible week- the house is around 300 years old, full of character, warm, homely and comfortable. We’re a large family, with four boys- the place comfortably sleeps 6, though can easily fit up to 8 (with sofa beds). The location is fantastic- just 50m from the base of the main ski lift to the Oberperfuss slopes and less than 1000m to the local supermarket (MPREIS). My boys had a great time in the evenings as we played cards as a family, or had fussball tournaments in the family room! Priske also has a small farm shop on site to buy milk, eggs, sausages and steak; very convenient. What a place, what a find. If you’ve stumbled here and want a great place for your family, congrats- book it!

Geralda was a wonderful host who was friendly and communicative. Her house was perfect - a little out of town but easily accessible by car, bus or taxi and felt very private. We had a lovely Christmas and it felt like right out of a postcard. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment for a ski vacation! We had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment is very spacious, modern and equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen utensils to basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. With three bedrooms, it was perfect for the six of us. The location is ideal, especially for skiers: The ski bus stops right outside the door, so you can easily get to the ski resort. There is also enough space to accommodate everything neatly. The apartment is not only large, but also very nicely furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. Another highlight was the uncomplicated and warm contact with Magdalena. It was accessible throughout and super friendly. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

The house is quite big, well furnished & has all the required amenities & appliances for a comfortable stay. The kitchen & toiletry supplies were stocked sufficiently well for our 4 nights stay. There is a private car park (with EV charging point) right in front. The surroundings are beautiful & the view of the alp mountains from the two balconies of the house is amazing. A complimentary bottle of wine & candies for kids was a pleasant surprise. All in all good value for money. Definitely recommended!!

Anja‘s place was a lovely haven for our family to spend our winter holiday. The place was spotless, we had snow galore, made use of the toboggans, went skiing nearby, grilled marshmallows over a fire and spent cozy evenings inside. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable time from all of us!

We stayed 3 nights in the lodging of Birgit. The amenities were extensive and had everything we needed to offer. With the mountain panorama, we were quickly in the holiday feeling and can recommend it from our side.
