Pictures don't do justice, the place is better in person. Love the location and views, you dont need to go anywhere else, you have it all right there, they also have beach chairs, coolers, nets for the kids, floaties and much more. The apartment is very comfortable and it was perfect for my family, I feel I booked it too short.. next time at least 10 days. Amazing Host and will come back. Thank You so much.

This place is awesome!!! The staff here are great! They enforce all the rules to everyone. The bad reviews about them are probably the folks who tested the rules. They’re always checking the parking garage, the pool, who’s making disturbances after hours and handle it! If you want a place that has order, this is your place. If you want chaos, go somewhere else. Staff deserves a huge kudos! This condo is perfect!!! We loved everything and would have loved to stay longer. We will most definitely be back here!!! 💯💯💯💯

It was really a privilege to get to stay on the 26th floor right by the water. Such amazing views. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including W/D and all the beach chairs. It’s true that the elevators can take a while, but once we adjusted our pace a little bit, it was not a problem. So great to have a hot tub and pool on site, and the hosts were very clear and communicative. If we’re ever back in Panama City Beach, we’d love to stay here again!

The condo is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the gulf and Lake Powell. The pool was very nice and clean. Many shops and restaurants close by. Just a short drive to 30A.

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

The view is absolutely spectacular. We couldn’t get over how beautiful it was every morning we woke up. The apartment it self is great. Plenty of room. It was clean and we loved the balcony! The overall resort could be much better I’ve seen better. No real activities other than pools. Arcade had maybe 5 games. I’ve seen places with activities like she’ll contest, magicians for the kids. They have nothing of the sorts. It’s such a large beautiful place they could do so much more. The restaurant was pretty pricey and no free breakfast or anything.

Absolutely loved this place! Very nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and living room furniture! Had our Thanksgiving meal here and the kitchen had everything we needed! Favorite spot was the balcony 🥰 It is so wide you did not feel the windy, cold breeze! Got to experience the best sunrises and sunsets each day! We will definitely be back! Host sent us ALL needed information and let us know we could check in early! Thank you again for letting us enjoy your place!

Nitish is a great host. Kind and quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with lots to do and plenty of restaurants to walk or drive too. Place was spacious with huge balcony and gorgeous view. We couldn’t hear any of the other neighbors which was a first for us. Was quiet and peaceful at/during night time. There was construction going on next door, which is out of the owner’s control, but was only during the day. We were never in the condo during the day, so it didn’t bother us. Would recommend staying here.

We had an absolute blast! The unit was extremely clean and exactly how it was listed and pictured. It was cozy yet comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of five. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a convenient location look no further, this unit is very close to all the main attractions in PCB. The unit is exactly as described and you will love the view from the balcony on the 17th floor. Instructions were simple to follow and everything at the resort was easy to acess, including parking. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend booking!

This was our first time in Panama City and we loved it! We were a last minute booking (same day) and Gary was gracious enough to get us booked a few short hours before arrival. The view was breathtaking! We enjoy sunrises & sunsets every day from both the deck & the beach. We were fascinated with all the wildlife. The condo was spotless and as other reviews stated, it had an incredible master shower which we all (3 of us) experienced. I absolutely loved the cushy outdoor furniture! This is one of the things I look for when booking Airbnbs. We enjoy sitting outside but I want to be comfortable and not sit on hard, wooden or plastic furniture. Gary’s deck had just what I needed & I spent most of my time out there. Parking was extremely easy with a private space. And the space is very close to the elevator which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again in the future & highly recommend booking with Gary.

We loved our stay in this unit. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The views from the balcony were fantastic! The beds were comfortable and we loved having a corner unit with a bigger balcony.

We stayed for fall break with our two teenage kids and there was so much to do and plenty of things to walk to and do at the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing and waking up from the master bedroom and seeing the ocean view was incredible. The restaurant at the condo had great food and everything was very nice and clean. The condo has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and towels and even a backpack cooler. We truly enjoyed our stay and Michelle was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

Loved it! Pinnacle Port was very welcoming and had lots to do. The beach is so close but the pool and sauna were available of the weather did not let us get outside. The condo had everything we could have needed. John was extremely responsive and accommodating! We will look to book again!

Even though we had no AC and the pool was green when we arrived, Philip quickly responded and had it fixed asap. Other than that, it is an absolutely great house!

We had the best time at Coral Sands! We are a family with SEVEN children. Ages 15 down to 2. The spacious yard was great! The sand pit and little putt putt area were fun for the littles. The pool was just the right size. All the kids could play and enjoy the great weather we had. We especially loved the shallow area the toddlers could sit on and splash around. The seating available in the yard was perfect. Loved the wooden rocking loungers. The outdoor bar area was great to have to hang out. The game room had a lot of fun things for the kids to do. Lots of air hockey was played! The guest house was nice for the older kids to hang out in. The main house was extra roomy and welcoming. Everything we needed was right there. The beach was a short 2 bock walk. It was simple. Even with hauling our 7 kids there and back! It truly was a nice distance and easy walk. We loved being close to all kinds of activities and things to do. We ate out. Doordashed. Visited the Marine Adventure Park. Went t
