This place is even more grand and beautiful when you arrive. It is much larger than the photographs show. And it is as dreamy and romantic as pictured and described. The staff was available at all times for anything we needed and the chef and food was amazing. They cook delicious local cuisine or anything you might desire. The home is overlooking the ocean with a great lull of the waves putting you to sleep at night. it's also located right above a surf school with local yoga studios, bars and a couple of restaurants, while also providing a sense of total isolation in nature. 5 stars!

Arriving to Anambas is no easy feat, but Herry's dedication ensured my journey was seamless. His assistance in organizing transportation from start to finish was invaluable. What truly elevated my stay was Murni, a member of Herry's team. She epitomized exceptional hospitality, treating me with an unparalleled level of care and warmth. Murni's attention made me feel not just like a guest, but part of a welcoming family. The accommodation mirrored the beauty of Anambas, offering a comfortable and inviting space. Yet, what truly made this stay remarkable was the personal touch and sincere care provided by Herry and his team. Their genuine efforts to ensure my comfort and well-being exceeded any expectations I had. We had a wonderful stay in tidung lagoon. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Meals was served 3x a day. Our room was surrounded by crystal clear ocean water. with warm pleasant temperature. Easy to dip in even in the early morning. Spots for snorkelling was just outside the room. Room was basic, but we had a very good sleep with all windows open with natural breeze and the sound of the ocean very relaxing.

A wonderful place to reset from our hectic everyday lives. Maya and the team are wonderful, always available but not intrusive. Local building in neighbouring plot did not affect our stay, it was almost finished (April 2025). The team fed us breakfast and evening meals, all tremendous value. Get yourself a scooter, book Villa Nusa and completely unwind - we did and have no regrets. Simply superb, and what a view

It was a wonderful stay. Tari and Ketut are very helpful, discreet and friendly. We arrived early from Gili Trawangan and Tari organised a horsecart for us to drop off the bags. There are many places around to eat but not so many good ones. Opt for the in-villa dining. Ketut is a very good cook! The villa offers all the comforts you might need. We miss the huge pool! You might be spooked by a huge gecko in your open bathroom or a frog but otherwise the nature is not invasive.

WOW!! The most AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Words can’t describe this private island paradise which is also environmentally responsible, and the most peaceful setting imaginable. Having experienced some of the most beautiful private locations in the world, including Bora Bora and Turks and Caicos, etc. this stunning island and its beautiful setting is surreal! Our host and staff were amazing, the food and drinks were far better than we could expect and the huts are each unique with their own special view of the sunset or sunrise, and could not be more peaceful! Highly recommend a visit here if looking for a truly magical holiday, waking up overlooking a private beach and ocean is amazing and to be able to step off the patio into the pristine blue waters and walk amongst the exotic fish is breathtaking. The snorkelling was great, planting mangrove trees was special and just enjoying this amazing island paradise was a life highlight. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE!! Thank you so much! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Catappa. Everything was seamlessly smooth, from the collection at the airport, to our snorkelling trip with Budi, to our drop-off at Lembar port, and all the meals in between. Budi was an excellent snorkelling guide - the coral is not the most spectacular in Indonesia but we still saw loads of fish (as well as some commendable coral restoration efforts), and the general experience was excellent. Budi snorkelled with us with a GoPro so we now have some great photos of our trip. The staff were universally lovely and excellent. Recommend ordering off the Indonesian/Lombok menu for dinner - the western dishes we tried were fine, but the local cuisine was really pretty good, especially for the price - even though you're very much a captive audience you don't feel ripped off at all. Our villa was beautiful and the pool well-maintained. Highly recommend, and thanks to all the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service.

I am giving Katembe 5 stars because I had a 5-star experience, but I will be including a lot of FYI's for people considering staying. I think it is just ultimately a better experience if you know what you're getting into. - 4 nights minimum stay -- the listing says you take a 9AM ferry with no further details and really should be more clear. You would leave the resort at 7:30AM to get to the ferry port of Waisai. From Waisai (if you leave on time) it takes another 2 hours to get to Sorong where the airport is. Plan accordingly because the staff did not flag this when I forwarded them my flight info and I did have to book another flight and night in Sorong. - be prepared for nothing ever drying. My katembe towel was never dry after my first time using it, and things get really stinky. Bed sheets are moist/wet/damp the entire time. - If you're ok with that, the island is amazing, the food is fantastic and the people were my absolute fav part of this trip. Amazing boat trips!!!

Myself and my two kids had an action packed 3D2N at this wonderful treasure island. We hiked, we snorkeled, we crossed islands, we fished, we encountered a massive variety of sea shells and creatures, etc. Our host was accurate and communicative, our staff was warm and capable, or stay felt too short for all three of us.

such beautiful place right outside jakarta. amazing views, sustainable living, heartwarming service, absolutely safe for solo female traveller, and last but not the least, delicious food, they especially catered to my vegetarian requests. I can't recommend this place enough. it like renting a private island on weekdays.

We had a fantastic time at Desa Laguna :) the accommodation is perfect and very comfortable. good quality fixtures, furniture, toiletries etc. Snorkeling, paddle boarding, mangrove planting all inclusive in the price were very good.

The two story bungalows in Beser Bay and the surrounding bungalows are all located in a stunning environment with very interesting mangroves and rock features. You will be surrounded by friendly local families who take very good care of their guests! Catch sunset at the end of the jetty, aka WiFi point. Schedule activities through what’s app or catch one of the guides the evening you arrive. Petrik and Rico took us all the way out to Pianemo to snorkel and hike and back to Waisai to catch the 9:00 ferry, it was an amazing stay overall!

Not. One. Fault. Flawless experience on every possible level. Cannot fault the complexity and depth of detail involved in every aspect of our stay, the staff, the building, decor and aesthetics. Super super epic tranquility and hospitality. A million stars. Sad to leave.

Villa Voyage was an amazing villa right on the sand in such a beautiful location - watching the waves crash on the rocks was spellbinding and listening to the ocean at night was magical. The pool is crazy how good it is - The staff were so great and such lovely people, they made our stay. They were so helpful and looked after everything for us - it was very special to stay in such a nice location in such a great house while being looked after by such gorgeous people. It is the perfect house for a group stay - a holiday we will never forget. Thank you Villa Voyage and Elite Havens.

The Staff at Morin Resort are honestly the most lovely people I’ve ever met. They’d do anything to help you. The view is unreal and the room itself is definitely the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in.

Right from the beginning Taha and his family made us feel very welcome and at home. The picked us up at the Ferry, welcomed us with smiles and took care of us the entire stay. The food cooked by Desi, mama Jonas and mama Desi was DELICIOUS! Always a great variety of their local dishes. The cabin is al you need on the Island, your own private space surrounded by palm trees. Sunrise, sunset and the surf never disappointed. I would 10 out of 10 always recommend this place! I can’t wait to go back myself.

Beautiful Villa, access to the beach through the small garden door is beautiful, we liked everything about our stay at Indah Sekali, apart from not being able to stay longer. The staff is amazing, very nice, and offers excellent cuisine. The gardener is often on the property to maintain it.
