Eli’s place was great! It was perfect for a weekend stay! It was very clean and had great decor. Easy to get in! Eli was great! Communicated well and answered any questions quickly! I would definitely recommend this place.

Abigail is a wonderful host and her space is twice a nice! The location is great for needing a quiet space in the city. It’s just a five minute drive to “downtown”, and there is a long list of things to do and places to eat within walking distance as well. The space has so much character and is truly everything we could have asked for. If we are back in the area and need a place to stay, it will definitely be this one!

I felt like I walked into my own home. Everything was pristine and welcoming. Lots of space and very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Katie was an amazing host and super friendly!! The cute little home smelled amazing the second we walked in. Everything was very clean. It was only a couple blocks from the HiFi concert venue we went to, which was awesome!! The parking behind the house was so convenient! The only thing I would mention is the gate behind the house is a bit tricky, so you just need to be careful. It helps if you have someone get out and open and close the gate while another person parks the car. I loved the little complementary snacks and the record player!! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Will absolutely come back on our next trip to Indy.

We had a wonderful stay! The house, while older, was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the A/C unit in each room, which was a relief for our two little ones during a hot afternoon. The location was great with walkable neighborhoods, and I can't say enough good things about our host, Josh. Traveling with small children can be challenging, so I inquired if he had any cribs or a high chair available for us to use. To our surprise, he went above and beyond—he quickly purchased new ones and delivered them to the house within just a few hours. His efforts truly made our trip much easier.

We’ve done several Airbnb’s in the area. This is by far the best. Super clean and well appointed, very comfortable beds, great location. Hope to be able to stay there next time!! Thanks Chad!!!!

This is a very nice house. Modern, clean and lots of space in a perfect downtown location. Great hosts, easy check-in and check-out.

Beautiful place. Plenty of fun things to do inside the place alone, not to mention close to a lot of restaurants and outside adventures. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back soon. He is very detailed and he responds quickly to anything. Love the shower head and whirlpool bath tub ! Great stay ! 10/10.

Wonderful stay. So cute and comfortable. Bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room are upstairs. Just FYI. I have a torn meniscus and somehow I missed that so the stairs were hard. But that's on me. Awesome outdoor spaces!

The pictures don't do this home any justice, this home was beautiful. Joe was a great host and very responsive and left clear instructions. The home and area was very peaceful, private, and great for a family or friends get away. Close to the way, grocery stores, and more. I would highly recommend Joe's place and will use him anytime I'm back in Indianapolis.

Fabulous stay! Bo was so sweet and welcoming. The area was quiet, private, and relaxing. The hot tub was HOT! Thermometer on there is definitely not accurate, be careful. The rooms were large, but both beds are super squeaky. Very nice bathroom, overall great stay.

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and bedrooms so we could spread out. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was caring and checked to make sure our visit was going well. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The bed was particularly comfortable, and we really appreciated having plenty of seating in the living areas. The area is quite peaceful and also so close to great restaurants. Andrew’s local recommendations were great!

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

An excellent AirBnb. Host was responsive. Check-in was simple. Home was impressively clean. Had "the things you need" in an AirBnb (knives, etc.). Even went the extra mile and included some pantry essentials and robes. Location is walkable to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Walked to Sun King and Metazao Breweries. Landscaping is beautiful. Owner lives next door so would be there for any needs. About the best you could get from an AirBnb.

This is the second stay at Nick's place. We had another wonderful time and will always choose to stay at Nick's place when we are in town for the family gatherings. We all love the game room and when we want to relax and watch a movie, there's plenty of space for that too. Thank you for the great stay.

Jayne was wonderful and very personable. She made me feel as if she knew me and we were friends. Lots of little touches...snacks, cozy furnishings with pillows and throws. Very nice experience would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having my daughter and son -in-law and their boys on a separate floor (with their own bathroom) was great! I'm sure they would have enjoyed the backyard if it wasn't pouring down rain the entire time during our stay.
