Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Indianapolis

Aaron was a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. The house was just as the photos showed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great for our dogs. Lots of room.

This is our favorite and by far the best Airbnb in Indy for our family visits. Close to broad ripple and the monon trail. Quiet and safe. House was very comfortable, with everything you need. Very nice. Super clean as well. Off street parking with great backyard deck and fire pit. Great communication with Jesse. We hope to stay here again on our next family visit. Highly recommend.

Great place in the heart of Westfield. Fit exactly what my teenagers and I needed for Thanksgiving week. Jeff was a great host and incredibly responsive to everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend Ben’s place. The place is beautiful, comfortable and thoughtful and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, a short drive or Uber to Downtown or Fountain Square but just removed enough to feel like a retreat. Ben was flexible, accommodating and communicative. Genuine hospitality and a beautiful home is a recipe for a great stay.

David is a great host-he was even helping us look out for Taylor Swift tickets! The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. The house was stocked nicely with extra shampoo and few spices and we even found some makeup wipes which was really clutch for the girls trip. Beds were comfy and linens were nice-there is a whole closet full of extra towels.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect apartment for what we needed. The apartment was exactly as described and the hostess was very clear with the instructions! Will definitely book again if the occasion comes around.

We really enjoyed staying here. We are in town for a volleyball tournament in the location. Close to downtown was perfect. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely well furnished. We appreciated the extra touches the hosts put into making this place a home away from home for us.

Great place, great location. Easy walk/felt safe to Lucas Oil/downtown. Molly had great recommendations in & out of neighborhood. Communicated well and willingness to be flexible with some travel changes.

The room was great! Being a single female I felt very safe at night. The apartment looks exactly like the pics! Very clean, I will be back this summer for my daughter’s next event. If you’re looking for bars and a night life this place is perfect. There are several bars within walking distance.

Staying at the Butler Villa’s was an absolute delight! The property was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail was incredible. The location was perfect!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in my time, and this place was easily the most “at-home” I’ve felt! Margie’s home had everything you could think of and more. The space was clean, neat and very cute! And they were WONDERFUL hosts, offering every possible amenity you could think of. The bar cart, tray of snacks and full fridge were just the perfect touch. We’re not staying anywhere else in Indianapolis.

Dina was very responsive and helpful when we had a question. She also suggested some local places to check out. The condo was just like the photos and had a rustic feel to it that was very appealing to the wife and I. It was also very well decorated and had plenty of space. It was just down the road from the downtown area and all the restaurants and other various places worth checking out. Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Indy in the future.

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Very nice place to stay. This condo is cozy feeling with spacious rooms and all amenities readily available. Street parking was easy to access even late into the night. We traveled far to this town for a concert and felt very safe in this neighborhood yet close to downtown locations. Noted in description is the foot traffic upstairs, not excessive but can be heard. This did not affect our stay. We found this condo last minute due to a cancellation out of our control and this host was very helpful and welcoming. Also very quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
