Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Indianapolis

We loved staying at Christine’s home. It was spotless and so comfortable. She was also quick to respond whenever we touched base with her. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place.

Great spot close to broadripple strip. Clean, comfortable, and felt right at home. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

Great renovation!! Very spacious first floor and finishings are fantastic. Convenient washer and dryer and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Additional sitting area upstairs was cozy and convenient and second floor bath was great. Rooftop patio was adorable and a great space to enjoy with fire pit and hot tub and party lights. Neighborhood is experiencing a revitalization, which is great to see!

David is a great host-he was even helping us look out for Taylor Swift tickets! The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. The house was stocked nicely with extra shampoo and few spices and we even found some makeup wipes which was really clutch for the girls trip. Beds were comfy and linens were nice-there is a whole closet full of extra towels.

Super clean and beautiful space! It is close to an active railroad tract, however did not bother my parents or my daughter and I one bit! I would come back and stay here anytime I’m back in Indie! Such a beautiful space!

Cute house within walking distance to many fun and trendy places in Fountain Square. Katie was very responsive and proactive. When I sent her a few comments regarding our stay, she was caring and attentive. This place is perfect for a weekend trip to a hot spot in Indy.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very roomy, comfortable bed and environment, had all needed amenities, great location with respect to downtown Indy, easy to find free parking close by. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t say more great things about this air bnb!! Dereck was awesome and the place itself was the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. Everything felt luxurious and high quality - down to the toilet paper. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cozy apartment. We did feel that you can hear lots in the building but we had a great time and have no complaints. If the weather wasn’t so cold I’m sure it would have been the best to stay to go to lots of the shops around the neighborhood.

Butler Villa was extremely responsive with questions and very much accommodated us. We will stay here again!

I stayed for a night in this quiet, clean, attractive spot and was delighted. Lystina took the time to get the keys to me personally and was very clear and friendly.

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Nice two story Condo. It gave us plenty of space in the morning to keep things quiet and allow for different wake times. Massachusettes Ave has plenty of restaurants and bars. It was only a 10-15 walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
