Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Indian River County

Juan’s place was situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to various stores , restaurants , grocery and coffee shops! Very spacious home , with a big fenced yard that accommodated us perfectly with our dog . Little side note , there is a train that passes close by , it could be heard from the house . Didn’t really bother us but for light sleepers might be an inconvenience . Juan was a great host , always responsif and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again Thank you

House was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to sit for meals, visit and play games inside and by the pool. Everything we needed was provided at the house including beach towels,chairs, toys and a cooler. Also a coffee bar! We will definitely be back

The place was spacious and cozy, and although the place had a peculiar smell, probably because they are pet friendly, that didn’t pose an issue for us. A big plus the patio had sidewalk netting and we had access to the garage. All in all, a great stay.

A very nice cottage within an easy walk to the beach. It’s got everything you need for a good vacation - beach towels and chairs, toys, etc. highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at Scott and Sydney‘s place after we lost power from the 2024 tornadoes here in Vero. They were more than flexible and friendly to help us get through this challenging time. To make matters even better, their place is absolutely beautiful and felt like we were on vacation. The kids loved fishing out front on the river and everything was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace and quiet getaway on the water in Vero Beach.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

The stay was great, easy in and out for my fishing boat. Will definitely rent again when I come to Fish Headwaters.

This place is perfect for beach if you want that. The walk down is easy and it’s a very fun beach to walk.

We spent a peaceful 2 days at this Airbnb, surrounded by nature and a beautiful garden lake. The essentials, like the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, were clean and functional. Our host Erika was exceptionally welcoming, making our stay pleasant. Grateful for the hospitality and serene environment.

Great place , everything we needed and the pool was a nice addition. Host was very responsive , there was an issue with the hot water heater, but she was able to get somebody out in a good amount of time. Space was perfect.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

This place felt like a second home. The location was great; easy to get to key places like restaurants, grocery stores, shopping stores, night events, etc. The communication was great and timely. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a family feel and to relax.
