House vacation rentals in Independence

This is by far our favorite house we have stayed in through Air BNB. it is carefully thought out. from decor, to the hot tub, to the coffee station, to the games and the poker table in basement. it was nice having multiple places to hang out. and the beds were very comfortable!!! we will be booking this home again in future!!!

Very eclectic, cozy home. Open concept kitchen, living room made the space feel very large and roomy. Bedrooms were comfy (we only used 2 of the 3). Home was clean, clutter free. Nice large screen TV in living room. Very easy to find, quiet and safe neighborhood. We would 100% stay again. One word of caution: it is true what the other reviewers say, the bathrooms are tiny. If you are over 6'0 or over 200lbs, you will absolutely not fit in one of the bathrooms; and the remaining bathroom will be tight. But again, I don't want to take away from this great home... we'll stay again!

This is a gem of a home! Our group was able to spend quality time together during a week of celebrating a wedding. This home has everything you could need and is very private, quiet, and feels very safe! Alise responded immediately when we would reach out with questions. Would highly recommend!!

Unbelievably comfortable living room with great kitchen. Hot tub was great for the winter, pool and backyard area would be awesome in the summer. Close to so many cool places and things to do in not only Lakewood but Cleveland!

This home is comfortable, tastefully updated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Came for work & enjoyed relaxing evenings here after long days. Love that there is laundry, an open concept main floor, a nicely updated main bath & kitchen, and huge garage & driveway with plenty of space for parking. Would be even better if there was a real 2nd full bath, but the toilet & standing shower in the basement were practical and we used them daily too. Didn't get to use the hot tub this time because we were too busy, but we would definitely book here again and will make sure to enjoy it next time!

Karen's home is a great find if you're searching for a quiet, private place to call home while traveling. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and other supplies for cooking. And if you feel like eating out, restaurants and other amenities are just a few minutes drive. This was the perfect "home base" for my recent trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

We had an awkward gap between leases and spent a little over a month at Dorothy’s place. It really felt like home! I can’t recommend it high enough.

We had no problems checking in. The area was surprisingly quiet. Our stay was very good, highly recommend.

The place was beautiful and spacious just like what it shows in pictures very clean with plenty of supplies to maintain it clean thank you very much for opening your home for us to enjoy. My children enjoy the games and big tv.

This was our second stay for Thanksgiving for our extended family . Outstanding amenities and the kitchen is very well supplied. Suggest future guests check in before going grocery shopping.There is a large supply of seasonings and spices, coffee, aluminum foil, parchment, and plastic wrap.

Mark's place is perfect and in a great location, close and conveniently located to do much while also offering a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Mark was an exceptional host. Will definitely stay again if/when we're back! Highly recommended! Thank You Mark!

We had a great time and experience. Lori was very friendly and the reviews were spot on. The house was perfect for our group and we had everything we needed there. Everything was clean and the karaoke was a huge hit with both parents and adults

We stayed 2 nights for our daughter's wedding. We chose this house based on the location of the events. If it weren't winter & freezing cold, we could have walked everywhere; it's a great location. The house was comfortable and warm and nicely stalked. We plan to book a weekend with friends next time we get tickets to "something".

I hesitate to be totally honest about the Amaryllis only because, once the word gets out, it will be tough for us to get reservations when we want to come into town! But if you are planning to come to the Kent/Akron area some time when we don’t want to, then this is the place to stay. Ruth is a great host. She’s responsive and takes care of even the smallest details quickly. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and I’d say that Ruth is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. The house is comfortable and beautiful, we were at home immediately upon arrival. I can’t recommend Amaryllis enough, just don’t come when we are planning to be in town. 😁

Joe’s house was beautiful and just as described. The house was spacious and very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The first floor bedroom worked great for my elderly mother who could not take the stairs. The neighbor is beautiful, we love CVNP. We would definitely stay again!

We rented the entire home which was perfect for our girls gathering of five. Listing exactly as described with plenty of amenities! Cute quaint area of Chardon, walk to ski area and Brown Barn Tavern, close to downtown Chardon. We especially loved the charming details of Amy’s place, and felt warm and comfortable like we were at home! Visited in January, but I bet it’s beautiful all year around! No issues, responsive host!
