Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Indented Head

Loved our stay here, had everything we were after including location, equipment/appliances, and a great price to top it off. Would certainly come back again!

Clean, spacious, great location. Everything we were looking for. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms/linens were spotless. Living and dining areas were very spacious. The two air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout were more than enough to combat the heat during our stay. Limited parking on the road, but the driveway can fit 3 cars comfortably. Short walk to the beach, cafes, McDonalds, and more. Really quiet area. Didn't hear any ambient noise at night. Our only issue was with the back fence. It was leaning over, and there were 2 greyhounds in the neighbouring yard, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our dog in the backyard unattended. We booked the house over New Years, so we were worried the fireworks might scare ours or the neighbour's dogs to escape. Would stay again.

Shoreham is a hidden country haven surrounded by great wineries, great beach walks and an escape from the madness of the rest of the Peninsula. And the Rebecca's Shoreham house is a fabulous relaxing place to enjoy a relaxing break! Plenty of separate spaces, great outdoor seating options and a wonderful deck for an afternoon vino. We've stayed at Rebecca's house on a number of occasions and find it to be great value and a brilliant place for a family holiday.

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sam’s place. It was a perfect house for our little family, including a nine month old and a dog. Sam‘s house was trendy and comfortable but relaxed, and he was not overly precious about too many rules for living in his place with a baby and a dog - which meant for a far more relaxed holiday than some of our previous experiences! Sam also offered us an early check-in in a late checkout without us having to ask. He also gave really good tips about holidaying in the area at a very busy time of year. I could not recommend this place enough.

Jo was a lovely host who did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable, including leaving a complimentary brownie-making kit for my son’s birthday. Excellent prompt communication at all times. The house was very pet friendly - including dog bowls, treats, beds, blankets etc! A lovely grassed and secure backyard for dogs to run around in and kids to play. The house was clean with soft, comfortable beds and all things you could possibly need are provided. The lounge room is full of gorgeous indoor plants and is beautiful peaceful place to sit and relax, as is the outside deck. Our family had a lovely stay at Jo’s place and can happily recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and the jetty. The kitchen was great and the beds were quite comfortable. We really appreciates Ollie's suggestions on what to see in the local area.

Mischee's place is a true gem on the Peninsula. We were a group of 6 adults plus a mini sausage dog and we could not fault the house or location - ample common space to relax and take in the sounds of the ocean, and total privacy from the landscaped driveway to the hedge-bounded back deck. The kitchen had everything you could need (including multiple sets of glassware, which many Airbnbs lack for larger groups) so we spent most of our long weekend cooking the Peninsula's beautiful produce. Mischee was also extremely responsive and friendly. 11/10

Barbara's beach house was simply perfect. We were an extended family of four, plus two dogs, and the layout of the house accommodated each of us, giving us our own room and space to relax. The beach house has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday: comfortable king and queen beds, quality linen, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, including a Nespresso coffee machine, great lounges, spacious bathrooms, and multiple outdoor sitting areas, including a small heated pool. Our two dogs were safely contained within the secure backyard and loved being so close to the dog beach, which is just as fabulous for humans to enjoy! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the house is within walking distance of Point Lonsdale beach and shops. We usually stay on the Mornington Peninsula over the summer break, but after staying here and discovering all the things this part of the coast has to offer, we'll definitely be back! Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

A large place with a great living and kitchen space and a balcony with a good view. 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. We were 6 women friends and all had our own bed in 4 seperate rooms.

The place is gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Everything is perfect there with generous provision of everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Beach and Blairgowrie village are both within walking distance. Bookabreak were wonderful with their communication - always so lovely and helpful. 10/10

Fantastic stay! Plenty of space for our families, with big rooms, a great outdoor area, and large TV for entertainment. The hosts provided all the essentials, including coffee, shampoo, and even board games. The kitchen was well equipped - rice cooker, cheese gratter, and electric whisk… you name it! Location is excellent: quiet and close to stunning beaches. Highly recommend!

Chris was a great host who gave clear instructions, very responsive to messages, the house was very neat, tidy, clean amd beautifully decorated. Ir was situated in a quiet, peaceful location. My partner and I found it to be a pleasure staying there. Would recommend to other's

We had an amazing stay at the air bnb. Comfy interiors, modern and clean bathroom with great sized bath, and lots of outdoor space for us to enjoy the sun and for the pups to run around. Would 100% recommend this to our friends and family.

Highly recommend if you have a dog and are looking for a place to stay just a few minutes drive from the beach. There is a beautiful fenced garden for your dog to run around in. ☺️ Definitely will come back

Our family of 5 and our Labrador had a fabulous extended weekend at Moonah House. The property is extremely clean, really well equipped and had plenty of space for us. Communication from Ben was spot-on and extremely prompt. Its location is quiet and the property is secure and private. We’ll certainly look to return in the future.

Lovely place, clean and aesthetically arranged with decorations. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry room were stocked with essentials. The host team were responsive and communicative with guest questions and concerns. Only issue would be the hot water sometimes being completely cold in the shower for a brief time but aside from that, the place was cosy and secure. The TV and standing mirror were a favourite!

Lucy’s place was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, short drive to Blairgowrie and Rye shops for food and to front and back beaches. Lovely back yard with a nice spot to sit and have a morning coffee. We highly recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks Lucy

Our stay at Fiona’s “haven” was wonderful. The property was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great location- quiet, relaxing and close to the beach. It was lovely to hear the waves at night. Thank you so much Fiona- we had the best time!
