Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

I enjoyed staying at his place. We both enjoyed the separate rooms and it's view. They also provided enough amenities that we could use. The place was peaceful and very homey. All staffs were friendly and accommodating. I will consider to book this place when visiting Iloilo in the future.

I stayed here for a workcation, and it was a fantastic experience. Check-in was seamless, and the room looked exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunsets every afternoon. A 7/11 is just a short 3-minute walk away, making it easy to grab anything you need, and there’s a great coffee shop right next to it.

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Sir Froilan gave very detailed instructions on the check-in and check-out process. The place is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. All items were labeled so if you need anything, you can easily find it. I appreciate the proactiveness of the owner having hair blower, washing machine and additional electrical fan despite the very cool air conditioning units. Very well thought. I’ve stayed in so many Airbnb units but this is one of those times I can say that I felt like I was being hosted like Japanese Airbnb owners do. Complete, well thought of, detailed, clean and comfortable. I’ll choose to stay here again when I return to Iloilo.

We had a great time staying at Rio's condo. Rio and Ld were very responsive and even let us check in early since the unit was ready when we arrived. The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. I'm so happy I chose this unit over others I saw – we were very satisfied! It was easy to get to restaurants, and both 7/11 and Coffee Bean were just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry service that delivers right to your door, which was really convenient. The condo is close to SM Iloilo City and Festive Walk Mall, which I loved. I also liked being able to cook in the unit, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out. The pool access was a nice touch. Our 5-day stay was too short, and I wish we could stay longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book this place again when we return to Iloilo.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

Super clean and comfortable. We really had a great time

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

Cheyene was a great host! I felt comfortable at her place the moment I stepped in. She’s quick to respond to my questions and ensured that my stay was pleasant every step of the way. I highly recommend her as a host and her place! Its close proximity to SM City is a plus!
