Everything went really smoothly on our stay. Pablo was very helpful at all times. The apartment was quite clean and tidy; very easy access, all explained to detail. It is located away from the center but next to a subway mouth, so in 15 min you are in the middle of Gran Vía. As aspects to improve, you could add a thief or extension for the plugs, as for example in the kitchen, you had to unplug coffee maker or microwave to connect the toaster. On the other hand, the bed seemed a little uncomfortable, but good for a couple of nights, for highlighting some detail. Overall I'm very happy to have chosen this apartment. Thank you!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Madrid was excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, perfectly equipped and is located in an ideal area to enjoy the city. My family and I felt at home as it comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also the cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very helpful at all times. Great place to stay! Super close to everything and to the metro stop in the plaza del sol! Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Took the time to make sure we understood where things were and how to get around. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Madrid, there were 4 of us and the place is perfectly suited for that. Natalia and Diego are very responsive and everything is compliant and well-equipped. Mini downside on the hot water tank which is not very big for 4 and on the ceiling height which is very nice but shows a lot of dust on the tops of furniture (but it remains very accessory). Thank you to them for the welcome, we recommend +++

We love the place. Thank you so much for everything. Amazing place, we enjoy our stay. Highly recommended, it was a good base to Madrid (15-20 mins drive from the city centre), out from busy traffic. Highly recommended if you have a car.

I loved the stay in Leonor's apartment, right in the center really close to everything on foot, everything clean, towels and clean bed clothes, a great shower for a relaxing bath after a long walk, equipped kitchen and everything organized, I spent 5 days with 5 people and served us perfectly. Thanks Leonor for serving us so well. The building has an old corridor but inside the apartment is all brand new.

Great location and space

Wonderful duplex, very well decorated and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay. Small downside: the heater was not working properly upstairs, especially in the double bedroom, and it took a long time for the water in the shower to heat up. Providing a vacuum cleaner would also be a plus. Despite these little details, we had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The apartment is in a fantastic location, in the heart of Madrid. Although it's close to the Metro we hardly used it as central Madrid is so close by we walked everywhere. The flat itself is stylish and cosy with a great little kitchen. Seo & Felipe were extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Marta's apartment has been a success. Very good location a few meters from Gran Vía,right in the heart of Madrid, metro and bus stops nearby. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The area is quiet and Marta her team is always attentive. Many congratulations on what you do! (The option to add a bed more for children has come well)

Very good location, very close to everything, very quiet and with very good heating (relevant for a January). The apartment was very clean, well stocked, the garage accessible and the instructions for entry sent by Raquel very clear. Super recommended.

Raquel was very nice. She was extremely responsive anytime I asked a question. The place was great felt like I had my own apartment in Madrid and it was a short walk away from everything.

The location was great...quiet and within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood had lots of options for food...grocery stores and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, light, and very clean. We would stay there again without hesitation.
