Private and cozy house! 650m from the ferry!

The house is comfortable, nice and cozy! House in an excellent location! (3 blocks from the main Avenue). It is 650 meters from the ferry. You'll have quick access to the southern beaches, as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + one lodging in this private location (only the garage and flights of stairs are shared). The space has access on the side of the house, a gate and a parking space.

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Comfortable and safe, the beach house receives a lot of natural light, is airy with constant air renewal in all environments. Tranquility and comfort within a secure condominium with a 24-hour doorman. Featuring an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the island's southern beaches, the beach house is surrounded by a lot of nature. Our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas, Praia do Veloso and Praia do Curral.

A cozy living area features a corner couch adorned with light throws. Natural light filters through the window, complemented by art pieces on the white-paneled walls. A textured rug adds warmth to the tiled floor, while a fan is positioned on the ceiling for comfort.
