You can rent a quiet house without fear a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask takes all your questions, we arrived at 11:00 pm and had a burnt lamp.. we just commented and the host already asked to come change at the time.. first time renting on Airbnb but look without comment I did not regret even a minute.. note 100.. We had a wonderful stay in Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Almost complete kitchen, we debut the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a lot of difference was to find the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we do not need to take these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a caring mime that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car ride. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10 minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Improvement suggestions: The inclusion of a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

It is an older and simpler building and the apartment is excellent, comfortable, super clean to the smallest details, with very good internet. It met all of our expectations. The host Rogério was super attentive, polite, acted clearly on the information and answered all our questions. Congratulations! We really like it!! The apartment was all as described in the ad and more. Clean and super comfortable apartment. Near the sea, markets, gas station and bakery. We managed to do everything by foot! And not to mention that Matheus always serves very quickly and clarifies all our doubts. We will definitely return😊

Complete apartment, with everything we need. Kitchen items, bed and bath linens, plus shampoo, conditioner and soap. all a whim, it looks like we're in a hotel. It is close to the center, the public market, the cathedral and Rua das Palmeiras. Only the garage has little room for maneuvering, it has to have a little practice. The host responds quickly and is super attentive! I highly recommend it!

Perfect Apto! It's a few steps from Itapoá stilt beach! We love the stay, everything perfect, from cleaning, organization and items available for use. Amamos that chairs, sun umbrellas and cooler are available, this made our lives easier! It's a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of most windows and all the balconies, big and new space! The space is outstanding! Everything corresponds to the promised and goes beyond: the attention to detail is impressive! Excellent cleanliness, organized, all brand-new, excellent wi-fi. In the AP, everything is thought: the arrangement of objects, the furniture planned. At check in, an explanatory video facilitates self check in. Effective communication made all the difference. Near the AP, there is a 24 hour convenience, a bakery and a bit beyond a basic but very useful mall. I can only thank you for the welcome. Great!

We spent an amazing weekend at the home of Flávia and Mauritius, and we can already say that we left there enchanted. We already knew the condominium, as we were there a few times and we loved being there, but I confess that their apartment won a special space in our hearts. All very beautiful, organized and welcoming. But, undoubtedly, what really made the difference was their service. I made a special request to Flávia, and she was extremely dear, honest and met us within her possibilities. And when a little problem came up in the apartment (these things happen, right?), that's when we were sure we were dealing with really special hosts.
