Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ilha da Gigóia

Our stay was perfect! The location is wonderful, overlooking the Christ, and the apartment is amazing: everything very clean and organized, spacious and well-equipped rooms, with air conditioning. João and Pedro were very helpful and the stay was impeccable from beginning to end!

The location is excellent for those who want to stay in the central region of Rio de Janeiro (city). It is very close to the Arcos da Lapa and is situated in a quiet street. Indico quite for those who do not know the city, as it is in a great location to get around to other regions. About the apartment, it serves 3 people well, being 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The structure of the building is very good, having a swimming pool and gym with 1 elevator and two ordinances (one entrance and one exit). The only point I need to highlight is that the Centro do RJ, as well as in several Brazilian capitals, is full of homeless people and, very late at night, if you are alone, it can be a problem, but in groups it is super quiet. I plan to come back again and again.

We stayed around 5 weeks in this property, the location is at walking distance from a couple of ahopping centers with plenty of restaurants for every budget, there also some minimarkets around and you can always get a ride using the dedicated building’s golf cart. The apartment has full AC in all the areas and includes the basics for a long stay (our case). The fast wifi speed allows to have simultaneous home office and basic gaming (a plus), but one has to keep in mind that it is not a modern place. The longest we wait for an Uber was 6 minutes.

Isabelle received us with great affection, left a mime for our arrival, a delicious breakfast, in addition to being very attentive and helpful. The apartment is PERFECT, has no defects, wide, quiet, chic and super cozy. Fully equipped! The location is wonderful, there is everything close and a supermarket in the front that makes it much easier. 24-hour gatehouse, the super helpful gatekeepers. I definitely recommend it and we will return more often!

Mohamad was a great host and was very responsive to any queries as well as accommodating to any requests that I had during my stay. The room was as described and the pictures were accurate. Check-in was minimal and easy as well as checkout. The flat had all the amenities that you would need such as a washer, dryer, a Samsung robot vacuum cleaner which would automatically clean the room whenever you needed it to, pots and pans, microwave, stove, quick Wi-Fi, AC and others. Mohamad was also nice enough to provide some specialty gourmet coffee beans which I consumed during my stay. I would recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in the Copacabana area and if I am ever around the area again I would definitely come back!

Suellen is the most ! The house is SPOTLESS, an amazing view. We felt very comfortable and Suellen helped us and recommended places ! The house had everything you need The beds are very comfortable , we were able to rest very well, the armchair is not only beautiful, but super comfortable, we wanted to stay and live there. We will definitely be back very soon.

It is difficult to describe how incredible it was to spend these days in this house. A very cozy house, had a room for everyone, very spacious, airy, everything, just everything in every detail was wonderful. Alem da Cristiane and Camila that were extremely helpful, Ronaldo helped us too much, and Rosana, who is a cook/cleaning, was like mother, everything was always in perfect condition, and her food is already missing. Super recommend it, it would come back a million times and I hope soon! only thank you for making our days the lightest and most unforgettable!

Great value for the money, the view alone is worth the price. Jeanne and Cristina are very friendly and helpful and some cats also welcomed us, which we loved! We felt very safe and the people from the community are also very friendly and willing to help. Not for those with limited mobility, though. Would definitely come back!

Good value, very spacious. The host allowed for a late check in which was very convenient as my flight arrived late. The airbnb is located in a residential neighborhood that is further away from the tourist areas. You can walk 15 minutes to the closes metro station (not at night though) or take an uber relatively easily. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything you need and a good value.

Quiet and solicitous Bruno. The truly spacious house with many well-conditioned mattresses… access with the directions made it much easier … an addendum only if you have elderly or people with mobility limitations that is complicated. But with all the utensils enabling family meals. I ended up having no time to use the Pool . Thank you so so much! Me was very resolute and necessary to accommodate my family

We loved the stay! Communication with Hilanir was very quick and efficient, it cleared all questions immediately. The place was easy to find - it's practically next to the tram that goes up to Corcovado. The house is a find, extremely quiet and well located! It was our first trip to the city and we were surprised. Clean, pleasant environment, according to the photos, well-equipped with crockery, towels and everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 5 people. We were in Carnival times, our locomotion was all by app cars and we did not find it difficult for them to get there. Rooms equipped with air-conditioned rooms have made our nights more enjoyable, but although the city is warm, the house is very cool because it is surrounded by trees and nature. I recommend the use of repellent because, of course, there are mosquitoes on the outskirts, but nothing that bothers and hinders the experience. I highly recommend! We hope to come back

This was my first time using an Airbnb and It was a great experience. Judging by the pictures, I thought the place was going to be smal, but it was way better. The kitchen and bathroom had everythneed I needed and the condominium staff was very helpful and kind. Stephanie promptly responded to any of my questions. The apartment is on a quiet location, yet near grosser store, Plaza shopping, MAC and other attractions. When going back to Rio, I will definitely considered getting her place again.

This place is spectacular!! The views are breathtaking. You can see the ocean, mountains, city lights and Christ the redeemer all from the living room and bedroom. The apartment is modern with clean. I highly recommend this stay to anyone with a short stay or long stay. The hosts were very responsive and attentive! Don’t wait book now!

Letícia always answered all questions quickly I had a Problem at the entrance but it also resolved quickly. The accommodation is for 5 people, but the bottom beds (bicama type) are very uncomfortable because it is not a mattress. But the other beds are ok Perfectly functioning air conditioning (of the rooms) kitchen equipped with cookware cookware coffee maker. The great condominium with the facilities.

Excellent accommodation, impeccable care for the flat and its details. Super recommend, mega comfortable bed, has a great space 2 people, close to the mall practically in front, just cross, at last I recommend and I will definitely come back more often, thank you.

Great accommodation, well worth it

The apartment was incredibly beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Everything in working order and clean. The location was perfect to enjoy Rio at it's best.

It was an honest experience! Mônica's care with the details is amazing, it seems like I'm really staying in a hotel. Very nice for real :) Without a car maybe it would make things difficult a little bit the area of the building is half empty. The pictures left the place a little more beautiful than it is, but, as I said. It's honest! With some small improvements, it becomes a great place to stay!
