A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .

Amazing views, huge waves, lovely place to be whatever the weather. Very warm, large living area. Great communication from hosts. Nobody in the apartment beneath us but it feels really solid so don't think we'd hear each other very much and there's always the sound of the sea. The biggest bed ever and really comfortable. Large 60/40 fridge-freezer. Very clean and well presented.

Excellent location and hosts. Beautiful, Serene surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. Hosts Valerie and Tony were wonderful and so was their property. Beautifully set up and decorated, including some photographs taken by Tony himself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. A bit far from the usual places, meaning you will need your own transportation. But well worth it. Look forward to staying there again

The caravan was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was cosy and warm despite Cornwalls best efforts to soak us and blow us away!! ☺️. The caravan and holiday park had all that we needed and was very close to local amenities and attractions. The welcome pack of shortbread and Prosecco was a lovely touch. Thank you Valerie.

A lovely holiday bungalow, close to the beach, but at the same time on a peaceful, relaxing street. The bungalow was very clean, with lots of natural light, and was well stocked with all the kitchenware you need for self-catering. The garden is well kept and a great place to sit out and relax in. Jane is an excellent host, she provided very clear instructions and kept good communication. Highly recommended all round for an enjoyable and relaxing break by the sea.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.
