We had a pleasant stay at Clos des Vieux Moulins. Caroline and Nicolas are particularly welcoming and available. The villa is comfortable and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the cleanliness, environment and calm of the place. We'll come back without a doubt.

Clean accommodation, very well arranged, well decorated, spacious bathroom, outdoor space a little small but friendly. Bed to be made upon arrival with the sheets provided which is convenient (as well as towels). Nicolas is welcoming. The accommodation is well located in the Fleet and having a location to park the car safely is a real plus. Being also able to safely park bikes too.

Peaceful stay and correct welcome with all the necessary information about the accommodation and the place and its surroundings. Nicolas knows how to fill in the right addresses and advise on bike rides from the outset. It's available by phone.

Les Minutias is a haven of peace and rest, everything is very beautiful and clean, done with great taste. We want to rob the decor store to reinvent our interior! The beach and the village are beautiful, this island is a little paradise. A real special mention for our host Didier who is super welcoming, helpful and considerate. I put it noisy because we had the accommodation located on the parking and garbage side, so noisy asser especially qd people throw the glass at 11 p.m..... Apart from these random events, the accommodation corresponded to the descriptions, very good hospitality and experience.

Beautiful house set with service and a smile. Our house was very well decorated and with everything available. We were like in the house! Close to shops and life in the village of La Couarde. We recommend, our children too!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 👌🏻 home clean, charming, and well decorated. The latter is located in a residence with a beautiful garden. The large terrace with the barbecue was lovely. The reception was great, the 2 people we saw there were very nice, good advice and smiling

Well-located accommodation, near the beautiful beaches of Ile de Ré and convenient location for cycling. La Couarde is a picturesque town of the island.

The setting is beautiful!! A peaceful harbor nestled in cozy and thoughtful garden. The apartment (with private and equipped terrace (tables, umbrella chairs and deckchairs) is impeccable, matches the photos. The beds are made and towels are provided. The jacuzzi area is protected by a barrier, it is clean and odorless. The access times are wide. Dominic's (Edouard) son welcomed us, kindness and professionalism are on the agenda. Dominic takes stock with us during checkout and on request, shows us other accommodations in the residence. It was perfect !!! To conclude the extras : we enjoyed the linen (3 machines and 3 dryers available) all included in the rental, a large porch space to store bikes, addresses written with chalk on a board on the gate (original) The least, but really for a swing: a kettle is missing for tea drinkers 🤪 Thanks to Dominic, we had a great time

This place was amazing. Just wonderful. Clean. Perfectly positioned. Spacious. Hosts were amazing and answered every need we had. What a wonderful week we had. We will be coming back.
