Very beautiful home with a great pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with privacy.

We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where there is a lot of activities for the children. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter what direction , everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to offer everywhere. All in one : a clear recommendation.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

Everything matches when described and the photos. Slightly outside the center in a quiet area but everything can be easily reached by foot (shops, sea...). Possibility of barbecue and pool. Everything is great!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in the wonderful spa apartment. The welcome by Filip was very nice, uncomplicated and everything was explained to us. Fresh flowers, fruit, burning candles, and chilled Prosecco made us feel very comfortable right away. The equipment of the apartment is very high quality and extensive. Filip was always available for questions and issues. The outdoor area with great pool, hot tub, tennis court and the unique view of Kvaner Bay was really our highlight. Great place to relax. Although there are other apartments in the building, privacy has been paramount. The owners, who live in the upper area and next door, behaved almost invisible and also from the apartment below you didn't notice much. We highly recommend the property.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We were completely satisfied. I loved the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can walk for a long time on the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

We had a great time in this beautiful place, 😍 everything is decorated with a lot of love and everything is thought of! There is enough space for four people, we enjoyed using the great barbecue, the terrace and the pool. The surroundings are a dream - in the middle of nature with many beautiful villages nearby. Gabriel helped us with great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and communication went smoothly and we were more than warmly welcomed! Hospitality is more than lived here! The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!
