Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Iberia Parish

I’ve stayed here the past three years when I am town for an annual festival, and it’s perfect for my needs. Linda is very helpful and responsive, and the Suite is comfortable and feels like home to me. There are plenty of resources for things to do, even snacks. Nice door code locks made it easy to come and go and not have to worry about a physical key. This will always be my first choice, and I already have a future stay booked!

This NILA Carriage house is a real find. It is located in a good neighborhood - a few steps from City Park. The courtyard has a nice area for relaxing outside. The house itself has quality amenities. The furniture and beds are comfortable. And the host is a really nice guy!!

A wonderful stay in Patterson! So much natural lighting and beautifully designed! Jan was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

Emily was able to remedy the issues during the say and was always responsive. She even checked in and made sure that the issue was fully resolved. Would recommend for other guest to stay.

This place is a true gem! We felt right at home and loved the ambiance…surrounded by books, multiple outdoor seating areas, and an adjacent farm. We even got to pet donkeys in the backyard!!! Linda and her daughter were excellent hosts and provided recommendations for restaurants too. It was a very short car ride to Avery Island where we were able to visit the Tabasco factory and the Jungle Gardens. It was such a wonderful weekend getaway!

This Airbnb was a beautiful home that was so welcoming. I relocated from Ohio and everything here was perfect and clean and safe. Danita was very sweet and responsive and caring. I feel very blessed to have had an introduction into southern Louisiana staying at Danita’s home. I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

This was our second time staying and look forward to staying again. Great host!

Amazing! Got locked out around 12 am and sent someone within 10 min to get me back inside

Very clean, very cozy, comfy beds with lots of pillows, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every second in darling home. My only critique would be to add table lamps in the living room to avoid, bright overhead lighting. We will book again and highly recommend!

Out of the 3 Airbnb’s we stayed at, heathers place was the best. Great place right of the bayou. Definitely recommend.
