Villa vacation rentals in Ibaraki

Great place to stay if you need multiple bedrooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms- a huge bonus for groups. JR station is an easy, flat 15 minute walk and subway station is only a 4 minute walk. Nearby 7/11 and 24/7 laundromat. There's also tons near the station. Host is absolutely wonderful to work with and it's very responsive and helpful. This was a wonderful place to stay!

Once I used the tennis court, there is a sense of the land, and there are cars, so the location was no problem at all.A guest from Hong Kong stayed, but I was a little worried about the cold because it was a warm country, but the torch and heating worked well and there was no problem.Anyway, it was quiet and I had a good night's sleep.The facilities are fully equipped, and you can say a few words. I will stay there again. Again, thank you very much for this time. Thank you very much for creating a great place to stay. We're here to help!

I suddenly booked the day before, and I received a quick reply and it was my first Airbnb, but I was able to use it with peace of mind. It was cold in the morning and evening, but each room was equipped with air conditioning, and the room was clean and very comfortable! The outdoor lighting was cute, and the children were very happy, so we would like to stay again.😆

It was a very nice house that I wanted to be a model house.The sauna, hot spring, and massage chair were great!

Very nice place. Very short walk from the station where there are a couple of convenient stores. Only real issue I had was the TV was not a smart TV. We solved that issue by buying a USB-C to HDMI cable. The laundry included a washer/dryer combo which made it very convenient. One of the room’s sliding doors leads into another person’s room which was strange but, there were lots of space. The living room was spacious with lots of seats and a carpet to sit on as well. I would recommend this place if you want to be close to Ikebukuro, you can also walk there within 20-30 minutes. Overall satisfied.

Family of three, we all really enjoyed the location. It’s value for Tokyo even if it is a little distanced from the train stations (approximately 10-15 minute walk). Very close to multiple playgrounds and a supermarket is just around the corner. The place is quite small and has very steep stairs, but it definitely had charm and we loved the tatami! The photos describe the property pretty well. We were visited most nights by civets on the top floor which was very unexpected! It really topped off the experience for us.

The house was very clean. the location was very quiet. The train stations were a few minutes away making trips to different areas of Tokyo a little easier. A few restaurants are close by. There was a laundry mat and 711 close by. We will consider renting again if we ever are going to Tokyo again. Host was very responsive.

The place is exactly as described. Lin was very friendly and she prepared snacks for our check in. Location is great walkable to Aeon Mall. Overall a great place to stay in Narita area and highly recommended
