Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

It was a little difficult because there was no convenience store nearby, but other than that, there were many things that I thought were very convenient, such as having a washing machine and dryer, and having a lighter to use for lighting the barbecue.

large home which sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Excellent location close to a main train station (JR and metro). So many restaurants, convienient stores, supermarkets all within walking distance. Our children struggle with Japanese cuisine so we found a French patisserie (PAUL) next to the station where we had breakfast daily. There are also a few pasta restaurants around for dinner. The washing machine and balcony to hang out clothes and dry. It was perfect for us travelling with 3 children. I highly recommend. Great value for money. I would stay again

Very kind host who was always happy to help and responded quickly! The book with local recommendations was very helpful. We loved the Airbnb and especially how kid-friendly it was for our 1 year old. We appreciated the amenities like the high chair and baby monitor. The host was so sweet to leave snacks for our son as well! Thank you for hosting us!

I used it for my elementary school son's first glamping experience. My wife was also interested in the wood stove, and we had a special time with the whole family. The cherry blossom tree in the garden is beautiful, and my son also collects petals and picks up firewood. I had various experiences such as making a fire and brewing coffee. The sea was also nearby, so I was able to go out to play right away. It's a place that's too good to stay only one night, so I definitely recommend staying multiple nights.

It was nice to be mixed with regular family houses and be near the university, so there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby! However, considering that it is heater heating rather than boiler heating due to the nature of Japan, it would be difficult to use the accommodation during the cold season.

I loved my stay here !!! Akabane is so cute and lively and the home was a 12 minute walk away from the station which was great :) The host was also super kind, responsive, and extremely helpful if we needed anything before and during our stay. Overall 10/10! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood to stay in while visiting Japan

Masaki is a wonderful host. The home is exactly as described and perfect for my wife and I. Very clear and easy to follow instructions (with pictures!) describing how to get to the house - we had no problems taking the bus Akabane Station to the stop near the house. The public Onsen near the house was wonderful - we went there both nights of our stay following a long day around the city. Omiya Bonsai (one day of our trip) was easy to access and I highly recommend it! Arigato Gozaimasu Masaki 🙏

This was the second time I enjoyed it with a large group.There were also more types of projection mapping on the third floor than last time.It moves and gets sweaty, so the shaved ice machine is great for a break.There is a hair dryer for each washroom with plenty of amenities.Above all, the host is very attentive and a total fan.Thanks again.

The place was nice and clean, Rei was extremely helpful with the checking in and out, and quick to respond to any queries. Parking was extremely convenient as well. Overall, a recommended place especially for the drivers

We stayed at Rhuji's place for over a week. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The washer was great to have as we packed light. The area is very safe & was great to see what the normal day in the life of a local neighborhood looks like. I didn't see any other tourists in the area until the 2nd to last day. The check-in was easy and Ryuji was great at emailing you all instructions. We didn't need to figure anything out. We even received a note with the good Cherry blossom locations! There's posted instructions on all the remotes in English. That was greatly appreciated. The trains run constantly into Tokyo in the area so we barely waited for one to arrive. Getting around from the Airbnb was super easy. There's also a grocery store and a 711 within a block. There's lots of local restaurants too. The location is very well located. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb. We had a great experience!

This is my first time staying at Nikki's guesthouse and I found it to my liking bcos 7eleven & mart is within a short walking distance but what I like most is the JR line is near and as such it is easy to get around Tokyo.I would definitely be staying here if I am visiting Tokyo in the future.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

it's a brand new apartment in tokyo. A 20 mins drive from Shibuya crossing, coin parking close by, and public transport easily accessible. very clean and new building.

Great place to stay, close to gallery road and Kasama Craft Hills!

We absolutely loved the place as it was super private, had a cosy and comfortable environment. The host was extremely sweet, polite, responsive and cooperative as she helped us to get our luggages from the nearest train station and we were so grateful to her and her husband. The house has a homely vibe and it's a perfect escape from the city lights and tall buildings. Would definitely recommend this place for people who are looking to run away from the busy streets and just enjoy the silent life in this countryside part. :)

Kyoko's traditional house was the perfect home to end our trip in Japan. It was really spacious and clean. She was really accomodating and I really appreciated the fact that she came to pick us up at the station and dropped us off at the airport the next day. Also, they offered to take us shopping and Hiroshi drove us there which was really appreciated. I will definitely come back to Kyoko's house when I get the chance to go to Japan again.
