Easy to access and close to the mall if you need to eat or buy something, not far from the center and the airport by car. Overall a great experience with a more than competitive price

Petru's place was very nice, spacious will required amenities and very clean. Petru was also a very nice host.

The apartment is located in the civic center of the city, right next to Pallas Mall. That means it is in walking distance from most of the historic landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and comfy, there are 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped and Cristina left plenty of welcoming supplies. She was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at Q Residence from 10 to 15 September, on the 8th floor, and it was a great experience! First of all, the view from the balcony is spectacular – in the evening, you can enjoy a gorgeous sunset and a partial panorama of the city. Seriously, if you miss Iasi or just want to relax after a busy day, the balcony is the ideal place! Being in my hometown it was super easy for me to get around – in 10 minutes we were either at Iulius Mall or Palas Mall, perfect for quick shopping or a coffee. The location allowed me to sort out my personal chores and smoothly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Even the elevator was running without having those "suspense" moments that you sometimes encounter in high blocks – bonus point for that!

Very spacious and very well equipped apartment. Corresponds to the description . Very easy to find place for parking. Perfect location. Nearby many restaurants and a pedestrian street. Daniela, the owner, very responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend !!!

A house that gives you a feeling of relaxation and with a pleasant atmosphere you have everything there, you don't miss anything a very warm and welcoming place they offer you everything according to their availability and in the first place they offered me 4 more nights to stay, the cancellations intervened and they gave me four more nights I will book again when I come again this year in the summer I liked it very much and I felt very good the areas are strong and easy to access, you can also find Palas Mall, Auchan, Palatu culturi

We had a great stay, it’s very quiet. The parking lot in the back is convenient and you can see it right from the windows of the apartment. Would recommend and would come back.
