Alex was very accommodating, we checked in fairly late in the evening and he was still able to meet us with the key. Him living on the property made everything all the more convenient. He was very hospitable and thoughtful host. We appreciate greatly his flexibility and understanding

Un loc frumos si linistit, care corespunde anuntului. Foarte curate baile, camerele si in general intreaga casa. Gazda prietenoasa care ne'a oferit instructiuni foarte clare si de ajutor. Recomand cu drag.

We were delighted to spend 3 days at a lovely, superbly maintained apartment. Veronica was very helpful, giving precise advice on all our queries. Would definitely recommend her apartment and services to our friends who would like to visit Iași for tourism... Apartment located so well that you can easily walk to visit all tourist and shopping spots.

Quiet area with private parking. The coffee machine in the entrance was a big plus for us. worth the money 👍

Apartament super curat , ordonat și modern , localizat ultracentral, cu o priveliște superbă . Este utilat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru o ședere cat mai plăcută iar faptul ca are camera de supravedeghere la intrare mie mi se pare un plus și nu un dezavantaj . Recomand cu drag și cu siguranță voi reveni .

L’appartamento era esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Pulito, posizione perfetta e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza problemi.

Cristina's apartment is beautiful and super spacious. The lounge is gorgeous and looks even better in real life. The location is very central, close to Palas Mall which has so much to offer. This is the second time I've booked this apartment, the first time it was for my parents-in-law. We will be happy to come back here again and already made a new reservation. Cristina is a great host, very flexible and understanding. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🙏🏻😊

Нам все понравилось, спасибо большое! Доступ в квартиру по коду, с въездом не было проблем. Хозяин был всегда на связи и очень вежливый. Отдельный плюс в приватной парковке: мне дали управления воротами и это очень удобно! Спасибо большое, рекомендую!

Perfect accommodation for a larger company or a family , with beautiful stylish interior and all the needed appliances. Great location , with all the major attractions at a nearby distance . Daniela was a fabulous host , always responsive when I had a question and made us feel at home almost instantly. Highly Recommend !

Locația a fost excelenta pentru partea orașului unde am avut eu treaba. Apartamentul a fot curat , Baia foarte mare și frumosa , bucătăria cu tot ce ai nevoie dacă vrei sa gătești + ai loc de parcare fix în fata blocului.

Cazare impecabil de curata, cu parcare, patul foarte comod, am petrecut o sedere minunata. Recomand!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The place was absolutely pristine—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Cristina went above and beyond to make our visit perfect, always responsive and accommodating to all our requests. The apartment is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, ensuring peaceful nights and restful sleep. Honestly, this stay has set the bar so high that I’d come back to Iași just for the chance to stay here again! If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-cared-for space, this is it.

The apartment itself was great! The only issues was with the building itself. If you need to use the ramp to access the building it becomes a challenge because it’s very steep (around 15 degrees).
