We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Beautiful, peaceful and one of the very best place to stay for tranquility. Host was very responsive and notified us that we could check in early without having to request. Such a wonderful message to receive to start a nice weekend away. Making us so comfortable to stay at this amazing cottage. If anyone reading this is looking for a relaxing, cozy cottage with a great host, then this is your place!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

Great home-base for day trips to places such as the Cape & Plymouth. Really serene location & awesome view. We liked some of the modern updates but also appreciated how “Lovely Day” has kept some of it’s 1950’s flair & uniqueness.

The place was fantastic! Very new, very clean. Steps to private beach. Ocean House restaurant is next door and it is a great restaurant (tough to get a table). But loved the condo overall. Perfect little getaway....Will stay there again....

It had everything we were looking for during our time at the Cape. It was clean with a lovely seaside theme, peaceful, spacious airy feel, outdoor patio, and fire pit we enjoyed. The location made it accessible to beaches, restaurants, and shops. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Becca was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again. This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

Jack's place was a great spring getaway for our family (2 adults + 2 kids and a grandpa). It is very nicely decorated, spacious and seconds from Kingsbury beach. Nice sea view from the upstairs lounge, the sunsets never disappoint! Unfortunately the weather was still too cold for enjoying the very nice garden at the back.

what a great stay. this is my first time using Airbnb and what a great experience. we frequent cape cod and we have always used the local hotels, never again. we have a large family and the home was perfect to accommodate us all. the owners did small but noticeable things like set two umbrellas by the door or reusable shopping bags. there was on site laundry which was great with little ones. there were many available cleaning tools to keep the home clean which made it very easy to keep the home as clean as we found it. some times in hotel rooms you get the unclean feeling, never once felt this while in this home. you can tell that they take pride in their property and maintain it as such. when you walked through the door there is a warm feeling, almost that your stepping through your home door not a rental property. thank you so much and we will be back again!

This was a great place for a large family. The kids especially enjoyed riding bicycles through the neighborhood. The house was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay again.

One of my favorite vacation rentals. Clean, easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, centrally located. We enjoyed our week at Lynn and Keith's home. It was nice to arrive to some snacks, chocolates, enough coffee for the week, and wine (even though we didn't get around to drinking it). We enjoyed streaming some shows and also watching cable tv with network channels (something we rarely find in vacation rentals. The hosts thought of everything and helped make our week stress-free and fun. We would definitely return.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

What a great winter getaway spot! My wife and I love the cape (even in the winter when it’s much quieter) and Vasilios’s house was perfect for us and our two little kids. House was spacious, extremely clean, and close proximity to all the things we love. The communication was great all along the way, even during a moment of panic when we realized we forgot our Pack n Play, Vasilios quickly let us know the house had a spare. We had two great meals at The Den and Brax Landing just a few minutes from the house. We also hit the Red Cottage for breakfast right down the road and that was the perfect way to cap off a great long weekend post check out. We’re already talking about renting from Vasilios again for a week in the summer. Highly recommend.

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Amy's cottage! It was exactly what we wanted, private and romantic and a perfect base to explore the Cape. If you appreciate the extra touches like real cotton sheets and a homey but tasteful atmosphere you will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend!

As soon as I walked into Carol’s place, I felt right at home. In fact, I was sad I couldn’t stay longer. Dennis is a great centrally located area on the Cape (next to many great restaurants and a supermarket). The cottage itself is in a quiet neighborhood right in front of Flax Pond (great for kayaking). It was well stocked with amenities and things to do I could just spend all day there. Carol was friendly and responsive. I would book at the Compass Rose Cottage again!

Extremely clean and tidy - very comfortable for my wife and I for the week! Such a peaceful area, very quiet neighbors!

What else is there to say except....PERFECTION! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kim and Dave's lovely rental and we can't wait to go back again. They have thought of everything and it is a perfect location to relax while on vacation.

Marilyn’s cottage was a perfect weekend getaway retreat! Although the weather was cold & rainy, the cottage was super cozy. And Marilyn was very responsive to questions. I hope to definitely return!

What a great find! Very clean and comfy. Great deck in back. We enjoyed our morning coffee w/the peaceful view and sea birds. Wonderful host. 5 stars is not enough. Also, very accessible to Uber. Perfect weekend!

I would highly recommend renting from Bonnie and Dale. Bonnie was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Her house was beautiful and clean, close to the beach and she had the kitchen stocked with things you might have forgotten to bring. The bed was very comfortable. She had sent us a list of places to go such as beaches and restaurants which was also very helpful. We tried out two restaurants she had suggested and they were amazing. We will definitely come back.
