Steve and team were lovely! From Check-in and throughout the stay they were responsive, friendly and kind. Steve and his wife even stopped by after a severe storm to check in on us and make sure we didn't need the generator or any assistance. Perfectly peaceful space for our weekend girl trip. We were having a party right down the street and used this place for our overnight guests. They were so happy to be nearby. We just needed some extra beds and this home was very convenient and far less expensive and more comfortable than a hotel. I just inspected it briefly but it seemed clean, pleasant and comfortable. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. My three-year-old did not want to leave. She really enjoyed finding frogs by the lake and my teenagers really enjoyed the game room. We enjoyed all the space the home had to offer. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living. A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Jacob's place was spotless and right on the water. It worked perfectly for a guys ice fishing weekend. Jacob was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Will be looking forward to booking this house many years to come for an annual tradition.

I pay attention to the small details and this place had them! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, qtips, cotton balls, and a cute welcome basket. The surroundings are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!

It was another magical stay at the Point. Beautiful, private, serene setting, even during a busy time on the lake. The house was as immaculately clean and comfortable as it has been on our previous visits. We're tall -- both six feet -- and the slanted ceiling in the kitchen/bathroom (mentioned in another review) has never been a concern. Loren is the best host I've worked with on Airbnb, offering clear instructions and quick communication.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

Seven of us (3 adults and 4 teens- ages 12-18) enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend! Melissa stocked the house with games (indoor and outdoor!), linens, everything you’d need in a kitchen, and even firewood for the fire pit! We were delighted to find 4 kayaks with every size life vest we could possibly need in the garage. And the kids LOVED having a bunkhouse to themselves. We spent the weekend fishing, playing games, cooking, and enjoying a private channel off the lake. It was ideal! Melissa responded incredibly quickly and was kind and thoughtful from start to finish.

This cabin is absolutely perfect. It exceeded our expectations by a clear mile. This was also my first Airbnb experience where everything was perfect - I had zero complaints. The entire cabin was spotless and squeaky clean when we arrived. The cabin itself has a great build quality and everything in the house was meticulously catered and designed for a wonderful guest experience. The host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and a late checkout. We loved using the firepit and sitting in the screened-in porch. The cabin is situated with a 4-5 drive to downtown Saugatuck, and about a 15 minute drive to Holland. There's a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We had a group of 5 people, and it was the perfect size. Could certainly accommodate at least a couple more people comfortably. I highly recommend this listing!

Was an absolutely relaxing stay. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. An extended weekend away with a bunch of things around us to do. It had a little bit of everything around us, including privacy. It was fantastic.

I cannot say enough about how clean the house was. Wonderful space for everyone. Kitchen table was large enough for my group to play games at and the basement space was large enough for everyone too! If we are back in the area we would stay here again!

Great place to stay for a ladies book club weekend! It was very walkable to downtown Saugatuck, which has so many shops, restaurants, and cafés to check out (even in the wintertime). The year-round hot tub was also a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Patty's place was GREAT! My 3 sisters and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the living room, bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to drive North, South & East less than 30 minutes to visit wineries, shops, antique malls and fine restaurants. There are lots of things to do close to Coloma for 4 retired ladies. We loved walking down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and waves as they rolled in.

The house was everything you could ask for. Very comfortable and made you feel at home. Nice little walk to the lake and country surroundings. The host was nice and friendly.

We came in for a wedding and stayed here with three couples. The house was a perfect spot for us being close to both the venue and very easy to get downtown. The house itself feels very new and has plenty of room for all. The first floor is also a great area to hang out. We didn’t take advantage of the amenities in the neighborhood like the pool but they are easily walkable and available. Matt is also very proactive and responsive. We had a couple questions when we first arrived and had feedback and what we needed very quickly after. If we come back to South Haven we will definitely be looking to see if this is available!

We had such a great time staying in this home. It was super close to town but also the beach, which is what we came for. All the amenities you should expect plus a few extras like wine and cookies upon arrival! We had more towels and bedsheets than we could ask for, washer/dryer to use at our convenience, and a keyless entry which made for not losing a key even better! The kitchen had basic spices which is always nice in a rental. Wonderful fire-pit out back. Internet and TVs which we didn’t end up using but still great to have. Rich took the time after we booked to call and suggest beaches, etc. Tunnel Park was perfect!! Thank you Rich for such a comfortable and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!!
