Incredible villa in a great location with a communicative and attentive host! Soma Bay is a definite must see in Egypt as far as the beach vacations go. The villa is immaculate, was clean at the arrival and was fully equipped with everything a family needs for the relaxed get away at the sea. Having the access to all beaches and activities in Soma Bay was a definite plus - this is not easy in Egyptian beach resorts that are typically compartmentalised. Amine is great at prompt and effective communication. We were greeted with the property manager upon arrival, with a nice touch of welcome packs of beach goodies. The villa is in a great location with serene beach view, pool and modern high quality equipment and style. Accessibility of water activities and local beaches was a plus. The food throughout the resort is amazing whether the nicer restaurants at Kempinsky or local quick food joints at the beach. First time also not being harassed by locals trying to sell you trinkets or other unnecessary goods. Definitely a place to visit and we hope to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nagwa/Ismail home, and I can't express enough how fantastic our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and coziness that made us feel right at home. The centerpiece of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking backyard. It was a true oasis! The pool was perfect for relaxing and swimming, and we spent countless hours enjoying it. My family had a blast playing games and making memories, and the peaceful atmosphere made it all the more enjoyable. In summary, our stay at the Nagwa/Ismail home exceeded all expectations. We loved every moment, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create lasting family memories!

A great place to relax and unwind. My favourite part was opening the door in the morning and having a dip in the lagoon. The pool was less than a minute walk and the panoramic view from it was amazing. Ahmed was a wonderful host, very helpful and so easy to communicate with. The place was lovely, cozy and it felt like home. Will definitely be visiting again. 10/10 would reccommend

Amazing house! We we were a group of 9 people and enjoyed staying there very much. Host was very supportive, the house is exactly as publicised with clean sheets, towels, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very smooth, definitely coming back.

Do not hesitate to rent this apartment, it is perfect. Wifi, swimming pool and beach, what more could you ask for? On the first day the wifi was no longer working, I just noticed it from the owner and he called technicians to fix the problem remotely.

I came here for my bachelorette party with my friends. We had so much fun, Monica was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect over a lagoon and 5 minute walk to the marina.

Staying at Marcus’ place was an absolute pleasure. The house was great and felt right at home! Marcus is great, very responsive and felt like part of our family! We have enjoyed our week very much and will definitely make it again :)

A really amazing stay at Omar's, the house was really well above our expectations, very well equipped so the outside we enjoyed the pool was really very large with no vis-à-vis which respected our privacy very well. Regarding Ahmed the concierge he was very attentive from start to finish for anything he was present and was doing it with good heart for example upon arrival we were late he waited for us until 4am and the maintenance of the pool as well as the house was done every day. Omar was also always available by phone or very responsive message. We will come back without hesitation, and highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

Place was nice and spacious for a family of 5. Ahmed was very responsive to any help when required and when not. The best part for me was the excellent attitude, friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. They were welcoming, helpful and always smiling, this is the reception staff, the cleaners, the restaurant and pool staff, all absolutely brilliant.

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The place was not only nice and clean but also very welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the hospitality of the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
