Had such a wonderful stay at the villa. Communication was always great and friendly. The grounds, gardens and pool are well maintained by the staff. Mr Hamad was on hand for anything that was needed and he is very kind. The Villa is beautifully decorated and is so spacious over 3 floors. The area is peaceful and quiet and so close to cafe’s and restaurants. I most definitely recommend visiting and thank you again Mohamed, Amr and Hamad 💫

Incredible villa in a great location with a communicative and attentive host! Soma Bay is a definite must see in Egypt as far as the beach vacations go. The villa is immaculate, was clean at the arrival and was fully equipped with everything a family needs for the relaxed get away at the sea. Having the access to all beaches and activities in Soma Bay was a definite plus - this is not easy in Egyptian beach resorts that are typically compartmentalised. Amine is great at prompt and effective communication. We were greeted with the property manager upon arrival, with a nice touch of welcome packs of beach goodies. The villa is in a great location with serene beach view, pool and modern high quality equipment and style. Accessibility of water activities and local beaches was a plus. The food throughout the resort is amazing whether the nicer restaurants at Kempinsky or local quick food joints at the beach. First time also not being harassed by locals trying to sell you trinkets or other unnecessary goods. Definitely a place to visit and we hope to come back!

A beautiful spacious villa perfectly located for calm and privacy and recharging…. The place is very clean, the pool and outside areas are well-maintained and the landscaping is very nice. Hamza was very helpful and responsive and the area is safe. A car helps but taxis and tuctucs are readily available and can get you anywhere quickly. A beautiful retreat all in all.

Nice peacefull place outside of the urban area. There are pools in front of the building that are never crouded. Enjoyed the atmosphere very much. There is option of calling tuktuk to drive you anywhere within 10 minutes but for bit more flexibility I recommed renting at least scooter. There are no restaurants in the walking distance so you have to use some transpotration but at the same time that makes the whole area quiet. Appartment is well equiped with all amanities for longer stay. Kamal was exceptional host, answering all my questions and requests within minutes. Can't be better!

Amazing house! We we were a group of 9 people and enjoyed staying there very much. Host was very supportive, the house is exactly as publicised with clean sheets, towels, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very smooth, definitely coming back.

We had a great time in this place. It was everything we needed. It had a great view and outdoor seating. The loft arrangement of the place was quite nice too. Our host was quite responsive and we had a very easy check-in and check-out process. Soma Bay is best experienced with a car, however, there is also a golf car shuttle experience you can opt for and you can use that to take you from one end of the bay to the other.

Mahmoud is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is well equipped and furnished, with a good taste as a vacation home and not just bare minimal for vacation rentals like many other places. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
