Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hungary

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Homey and modern house, the area is very quiet, we found it very relaxing, could spend hours on the terrace. The house had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, nice garden and parking space for the car.

We had a great three-night stay. We loved the private garden, which provided a perfect space to relax. The location was ideal, being close to the Danube. Highly recommend!

It's a very nice, quiet place to bite the good air, but well connected at the same time. You don't have to be afraid the neighbor will bother you, because you don't have it within 100 meters. The house is as nice and equipped as in the description and pictures. And Csongrád is a very nice city with lots of trees and parks, and no Tisza :)

Here you can really find peace and also one of the best beaches on Lake Balaton, deep water, green meadow and even shade until 3p.m. when it's too hot. The house is great, we (mother, father and two children) felt really comfortable and would also like to come back.

Laura’s place is really cute and quiet! It was easy to communicate with Laura, she gave us a lot of recommendations where to go,what to eat and what to do. The place looks exactly the same as on the pictures! We will definitely come back!

I recommend it to anyone who comes with a larger group. Very nice, comfortable rooms, separate bathroom for each room, TV. The kitchen has everything you need, and coffee. The big space downstairs, the dining room, the game room are super. Billiards and karaoke were a big hit in our party of 13. We had a nice competition. The whole house was nice, clean and fragrant. Thank you.

This was a very spacious apartment in an excellent location for walking or using public transit to get around Budapest. Everything was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Great natural light too! Alexa was very responsive when I had a question which I appreciated. I would absolutely book this apartment if it’s available.

We felt at home in Orsolya's house. In fact, the floors were so clean that it may have been the first airbnb house I have walked around without slippers. The location was also very close to the center. Everything is thought of at home, you don't need to think of anything. Stay and visit thats all :)

I was delighted to find Katalin’s place - it was a perfect location right in the centre of all the activity. Our host was very communicative and was there to greet us when we went to drop our bags. I would highly recommend this. Airbnb and would gladly stay there again many thanks Katalin x

We very much liked our 1-night stay at Pisti's place. Smack right in the centre of the city and next to the bus station that goes to the airport, it really is the best location to explore the city but also have convenient transport everywhere else. In spite of how central and busy the street is, the place is high up and well sound proofed, so we had a very quiet night.

A beautiful place with plenty of space and a helpful host. Highly recommended.

I have got an outstanding experience renting an aprtment from Csilla. There was a great discount on airbnb, and thus it has become an unparalleled deal with a big main room with vaaast kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and very warm bathroom. You may find everything in the apartment: all and more for cooking, all applliances work, smart TV has dozens of channels, and you keep heating radiators mostly shut as it is very warm inside. Sleeping was comfortable as it is extremely quiet and you may shut the window blinds. Location is impeccable - it is a major public transport hub, with access across the city. Fast-food options, shopping mall and restaurants are around the corner. Lift was shut for change in the last 2 days so new guests will enjoy new one. While checking out, we saw the cleaning lady outside, so we let her in while finsihing packing, and she was also nice and speaking English.

We had a great time, the appartament was near the city center and the host was very comunicative.

This beautiful flat in the heart of Budapest was perfectly situated to visit all the sights and Christmas markets that were on offer. Would love to come back in the summer time and see even more of this amazing place!

Area is perfect, just love it! Apartment is spacious and provides everything one needs during the stay. Nice decoration, everything as described. You can get to the city center on foot. Have been a couple of times in Budapest in different airbnbs but this one was the best so far. Will come back for sure! Check in, communication and check out were flawless. Great experience!

Very affordable, convenient space. It was well equipped with additional blankets etc, and this was a winter visit so we were pleased that the heating was excellent. Towels and shower gels were also provided, you do need to be a little measured using the hot water if multiple people are having a shower, but we had no issues and we had a very nice stay overall. Only thing I might say is that the wardrobe is very tall and this is probably challenging for short folks :) The area itself is a normal residential area, quiet in general. It’s very convenient as it is 5 mins away from a mbus/metro/tram stop, so we had no issues getting around the city. There is a Spar nearby for any groceries. Check in was easy and matched instructions exactly. I’m overall very happy with the stay, would recommend.

We have just had a lovely three days at andras appartment It was very comfortable warm and had everything we needed all shoos close by and to walk into center it took us 20/25 mins but we are ladies early and late 60s and early 70s so not bad Everything was very organised and the transport he arranged for us was very good and on time and kept up to date on pickup times
